GATE Toppers 2025: IIT Roorkee will release the list of toppers for GATE 2025 on the official website, iitr.ac.in/gate. Candidates can check the subject-wise GATE 2025 toppers list on this page. Check the GATE toppers of CE, CS, ME, EE and more subject here. The authorities will declare the GATE 2025 results in March 2025. Candidates who obtain the highest marks in the GATE exam in their respective subjects will be declared as GATE toppers 2025. The authorities is expected to conduct GATE 2025 for 30 papers in February 2025.

Students who will be on the list of the GATE result 2025 topper will be able to strive their way to jobs at PSU. Students having valid GATE 2025 scores are recruited as entry-level trainee engineers in many PSUs like GAIL, BHEL, DRDO, and ISRO with high salaries.
Students who qualify for GATE with a valid score can take admission to courses like M.Tech/M.E./Ph.D. in institutes like IITs, NITs, IIITs, and many other institutes. Students admitted to these institutes with GATE 2025 scores are also entitled to a fellowship by MHRD, Govt of India. Students have to apply for through COAP for IIT M.Tech admission. Candidates will have to apply for CCMT for admission to NITs and IIITs apart from applying to the respective institute.

Candidates must rank between 100-200 to be considered for a call from PSUs like ONGC and IOCL.
GATE 2025 results will be declared on the GATE 2025 official website.
In 2024, 6,53,292 students took the GATE exam, with around 1.29 lakh qualifying, resulting in a pass percentage of about 18%. In 2023, 5.17 lakh students took the exam, and around 1 lakh qualified, also resulting in a pass percentage of about 18%. In 2022, approximately 18.87% of students cleared the exam, with 597,030 students appearing and 112,678 qualifying.
