TANCET Syllabus 2021
The authorities will release the TANCET 2021 syllabus on the official website. Candidates will be able to check the subjects, units, and topics that have to be studied for the entrance examination through the syllabus of TANCET 2021. The examination is divided into three parts - Part I and Part II are compulsory while Part III is according to the discipline selected by the candidates for TANCET 2021. TANCET 2021 Syllabus
Determinants and Matrices: Solving system of equations, Rank of the Matrix, Eigenvalues and eigenvectors, Reduction of quadratic form to canonical form.
Calculus and Differential Equations: Partial derivatives, Jacobians, Taylor’s expansion, Maxima and Minima. Linear ordinary differential equations with constant coefficients, Simultaneous first order linear equations with constant coefficients. Formation of partial differential equation (PDE), Solution of linear higher order PDE with constant coefficients, Solution of first order PDE.
Vector Calculus: Double and triple integrations and their applications – Gradient, Divergence, Curl and Laplacian, Green’s, Gauss divergence and Stoke's theorem.
Functions of Complex Variables and Complex Integration: Analytic functions, Conformal Mapping, Bilinear transformation Cauchy’s integral theorem and integral formula, Taylor and Laurent Series, Singularities, Residues, Residue theorem and its applications.
Transforms: Laplace Transform-Inverse transforms, Application to solution of linear ordinary differential equations with constant coefficients. Fourier integral theorem–Fourier transform pair – Sine and Cosine transforms. Transform – Inverse Z–transform–Solution of difference equations using Z– transform.
Numerical Methods: Numerical Differentiation and Integration, Solution of linear system by direct and iterative methods, Interpolation and approximation, Solving Ordinary Differential Equations.
Applied Probability: Standard Discrete and Continuous distribution, Probability and Random variables, Moments, Moment generating function and their properties. Two-Dimensional Random Variables, Covariance – Correlation and Regression.
Basic Engineering & Sciences
Applied Mechanics: Friction, Law of Mechanics, Lame’s theorem, velocity and Acceleration, Forces, Moments and Couples, Displacement, Moment of Inertia.
Mechanical Engineering: Equation of state, Laws of thermodynamics, Open and closed systems, Heat and Work.
Physics: Sound, Latices, X-ray radiography, Interference Fringes, Planck’s quantum theory, Ultrasonic flaw detector, Laser and Fibre Optics.
Material Science: Fracture, Conductor and Semiconductor, Magnetic and Dielectric materials, materials, Ceramic and Superconductor materials.
Civil Engineering: Fluid Statics and Dynamics, Boundary Layer, Environmental Pollution, Pumps and Turbines.
Electrical Engineering: Ohm’s law, Kirchhoff’s law, A.C. circuits, D.C. machines, Synchronous machines, Transformers, Instrumentation.
Computers: Computer organization, Architecture, Arrays, Pointers, User defined function, C program.
Chemistry:Adsorption, Chemical kinetics, Chromatography, Spectroscopy Electrochemistry, Fuels and Combustion.

The eligibility criteria for TANCET 2021 is as follows:
1. Candidates should have completed their BTech/BE from a recognised institute or university in the relevant field.
2. Candidates must have secured atleast 50 per cent marks (open category) and 45 per cent marks (reserved category) in the Bachelor's degree exam.
3. Candidates in the final year of their graduation are also eligible to apply.
4. There is no age restriction in TANCET 2021.

what is the procedure to join MBA corres in MIT university then Tancet score eligible
According to the course section of the official website of Madras Institute of Technology, Chennai, there are no mentions of any MBA courses.
So MIT doesn't offer MBA course. You can check it up by yourself.

Hi, I wrote TANCET exam on 29 Feb 2020.But I missed the counselling.Can I join MBA now using that score?
See without counselling how will you select your preference and all the other factors. So without counselling its not possible. But what you can do is you can go to the college of your preference which have cutoffs less than your marks and then talk with the officials. If there is any possibility they will let you know.
