TANCET 2020 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates were advised to check the eligibility criteria of TANCET 2020 beforehand. Candidates must have completed B.Tech/B.E. from a recognized institute in the relevant field to be eligible for TANCET 2020. Candidates applying through GATE should have valid score cards and it should be noted that candidates who have qualified GATE in XL (Life Sciences) and XE (Engineering Sciences)will have to appear for TANCET 2020.

Steps to fill TANCET 2020 Application Form
Since the application process is over, the candidates can check the following steps to fill the application form of TANCET 2020 as reference.
Step 1: Registration - In the first step, candidates will have to register by entering the following details-

Step 3: Uploading of Documents - After entering all the required details of the application form, candidates will have to upload the scanned images of their photograph and other required documents as per the specifications provided by the authorities.
Specifications for Uploading Photograph
The photograph to be uploaded should be in .jpg/.jpeg format and size of the file should be between 20KB to 30 KB.
Candidates must upload a recent coloured photograph.
The photograph should clearly show the face of the candidate.
Step 4: Payment of Fee- In the next step, candidates will have to pay the application fee of TANCET 2020 in online mode through credit/debit card or internet banking.

Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) is an entrance exam conducted by Anna University, Chennai on behalf of the government of Tamil Nadu.
Students from other states are also eligible to write the entrance exam If they meet the required qualifications. The candidates who will not be eligible to take the exams are :-
Candidates who have not obtained their B.Tech/B.E degree will not be eligible for TANCET 2020.
Any candidate who has obtained their degree without studying 10th, 12th or 3 years degree programme will be deemed ineligible for TANCET 2020.
