Results of class 12 are not out yet and neither you can get your transfer certificate (TC) without it. However you can still attend your counselling session because it would be the same problem for all the students who are yet to attend the counselling session and the college management would definitely be aware about it so they would let you attend the counselling session. However, college would ask you to submit your class 12 results once they are out .
Do not worry you can still attend the counselling session and you will be provided with adequate time to submit you documents
