AP EAMCET Counselling 2024 - Candidates who have qualified the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET exam can apply for the AP EAMCET 2024 counselling process tentatively in August 2024. APSCHE will notify regarding the AP EAMCET counselling 2024 schedule on the website, eapcet-sche.aptonline.in. Examinees who scored well in the AP EAPCET exam will be able to participate in the counselling process. AP EAMCET 2024 counselling process includes registration, payment of AP EAMCET counselling fees, document verification, web options entry, seat allotment, and reporting to the college. The AP EAMCET 2024 will be conducted from May 13 to 19, 2024.

AP EAMCET 2024 Counselling Process
Given below is the step-by-step guide for candidates participating in the AP EAPCET counselling 2024 process.
Step 1- Registration and Payment of Processing Fee: In the first step of counselling of AP EAMCET 2024, candidates will have to register and pay the processing fee by following the given steps-
- Open the website using sche.ap.gov.in and click on EAPCET Admissions.
- Click on the Registration form link
- Enter “EAPCET 2024 Hall Ticket No” and “Date of Birth”
- Registration form with all the basic information is displayed, verify all the details.
a. If no mistakes are found, accept the declaration and the candidate will be directed to the processing fee payment gateway.
b. If any mistake is found in the information provided, the candidate can use the provision to make changes by selecting the option “yes” from the drop-down box provided before the declaration and clicking on the submit button, which will direct the candidate to make any corrections to rectify the mistakes using suitable data with relevant document proofs to be uploaded through online. Then accept the declaration and the candidate will be directed to the processing fee payment gateway.
- The processing fee for web counselling is Rs.1200 (for OC/BC) and Rs. 600 (for SC/ST). The candidates are instructed to pay online by credit card/ debit card/net banking etc.

Step 2- Document Verification: For candidates who paid the AP EAMCET 2024 counselling fee, the authorities shall conduct the process of verification of documents. The authorities shall conduct the verification of documents in online as well as offline modes for the candidate's convenience.
The candidates are informed to note that if the certificates were already verified through web services from the respective board/agencies based on the information furnished by the candidate while applying for AP EAPCET 2024 i.e. the candidates whose certificate data is already verified online through web services, they are directed pay the AP EAMCET processing fee cum registration and can verify the details of candidate (personal, academic and other details) for the correctness. If the candidates are satisfied with the data available, they need not upload any certificates.
Step 3- Status of Document Verification: Students have to check their certificate verification status by entering their hall ticket number and date of birth. The candidate details will be displayed on the screen the candidates whose certificates were verified online will get displayed message “Candidate is eligible for exercising options“All such candidates have to proceed to option entry as per the schedule given in the notification.
The candidates whose certificates are not verified online will be displayed a message “student is not eligible or certificate verification is in progress”. Such candidates should have uploaded documents in the process of registration. The uploaded certificates shall be verified by the concerned Help Line centre authorities and decide the eligibility. If a candidate is eligible then the candidate has to proceed to option entry as per the AP EAMCET 2024 counselling schedule.
Step 4- Option Entry: After successful AP EAMCET counselling registration 2024, candidates will have to log in again for option entry on scheduled dates. While exercising the web options, candidates have to select their preferred colleges and courses in order of preference.
After filling all the options, candidates have to save their options which shall later be locked for allotment of seats.
Step 5- Allotment of Seats: Candidates who successfully filled their preference of colleges within the specified last dates will be allotted seats by APSCHE. The AP EAMCET seat allotment is done based on scores obtained by candidates. Applicants can access the seat allotment college-wise through login, which is reflected on the official website. Candidates allotted a seat will have to download the provisional seat allotment letter from there and visit the institute allotted for further admission process.
Step 6- Reporting at Institute Allotted: Candidates have to visit the allotted institute following the AP EAMCET counselling 2024 schedule. Students will be required to carry the seat allotment letter along with other requisite documents.

Documents Required for AP EAMCET Counselling 2024
Candidates shall need the following documents while appearing for AP EAMCET counselling:
- AP EAMCET rank card 2024.
- AP EAMCET 2024 hall ticket.
- Memorandum of Marks (Inter or its equivalent).
- Proof of Date of Birth (SSC or its Equivalent Memo).
- Transfer Certificate ( T.C)
- Study Certificate from VI to Intermediate
- EWS certificate valid for the year 2024-25 from MeeSeva for OC candidates who want to claim reservation under EWS category
- Residence certificate for preceding 7 years of the Qualifying examination i.e. Inter or its equivalent in respect of Private candidates.
- Andhra Pradesh Residence Certificate of father/mother for 10 years
- excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh from Tahsildar in respect of Non-Local Candidates.
- Integrated Community Certificate, in the case of BC/ST/SC issued by the competent authority.
- Income certificate of parents from all sources issued on or after 01.01.2020 or White Ration card (candidate name and either of the parent's name have to be reflected in the ration card) for those who claim tuition fee reimbursement)
- Local status certificate (if applicable)i.e a candidate who migrates to any part of the state of Andhra Pradesh from the state of Telangana from 02-June-2014 to on/before June 1, 2024, shall be regarded as the local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
AP EAMCET 2024 Participating Institutes
The authorities will release the list of AP EAMCET participating colleges 2024 on the official website. Candidates can check the AP EAMCET participating colleges names to know which college will offer admission based on EAPCET. While registering for the AP EAMCET counselling, candidates need to make the preference of the colleges. AP EAMCET seat allotment shall take place as per schedule and thereafter, candidates shall be required to report at the participating institute so allotted for further admission process.

With a rank of 22897, you wont be able to get a seat in Andhra University if you are under general category. If you have any reservation, then you may have chances to get into above mentioned college.

Hello ,
With the above mentioned rank and category in AP EAMCET , you have decent chances of getting free seat in BSc Agriculture though AP.
The eligibility criteria for getting free agriculture seat in is that you must have an AP EAMCET rank of less than 10,000 in order to be eligible for complete fee reimbursement. Additionally, your parents must not be government employees and have an annual income of less than Rs. 2 lakhs.
