KEE 2019 - Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences (Deemed to be University) offered admission in various undergraduate engineering programmes through Karunya Entrance exam (KEE) 2019. KEE 2019 was conducted in computer-based mode on April 27, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. The admission to the B.Tech courses was confirmed based on the marks scored in KEE and HSC. The counselling process of KEE 2019 was held from May 1 to 10, 2019. Candidates who are seeking admission to the institute submitted the online application form of KEE 2019 which commenced from October 8. The last date to submit the application form was April 15. The authorities has also released the KEE 2019 admit card for all the candidates who have successfully filled the application form. While the result of KEE 2019 was announced after the conclusion of the entrance exam, that is on April 30. Before proceeding towards filling the application form candidates must check and meet the KEE 2019 eligibility criteria prescribed by the authorities. Mentioned below are the eligibility criteria of KEE 2019 for the candidates to refer and apply accordingly.
KEE 2019 Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech Programs (Except Bio Programs)
Candidate must have cleared 10+2 or equivalent exam with a minimum of 55% marks aggregate in PCM
Passed 10+2 in Vocational Stream (subjects can be General Mechanist, Electrical Machines and Appliances, Electronic Equipments, Draughtman Civil, etc.) and any of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with minimum 55% in aggregate
B.Tech in Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, and Food processing and Engineering
Passed class 12 or equivalent with minimum 55% aggregate marks in PCM
Passed 10+2 or any equivalent exam in the first attempt with a minimum 55% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Zoology/Botany/Computer Science
Age Limit: The candidate must not be more than 21 years as on July 1, 2018
The application form of KEE 2019 was available in an online mode from October 8. To apply for KEE 2019, candidates had to fill the expression of interest (EOI) form in online mode. Mentioned below are the steps to fill the EOI for the candidate’s reference:
Step 1: Get register -
Candidates will have to register first by entering the following details:
Email ID and mobile no. (must be valid)
Level of study (UG in this case)
Programme the candidate wants to pursue at the university.
Marks obtained in 10th SSLC
On successful submission of EOI form, a SMS or email will be sent on the registered number and email-address indicating KEE 2019 application number and password.
Step 2: Submit KEE 2019 application form along with the fee-
After receiving the application number and password log in to the candidate portal and submit the application form. While submitting the KEE application form 2019, candidates need to upload their SSLC marksheet and other relevant documents in the prescribed format. Along with the submission of the form, candidates need to make the initial payment as per the approved fee structure of KEE 2019.
KEE 2019 Application Fee: Along with the initial payment, the candidate will have to pay KEE 2019 application fee of Rs. 1000 at the time of filling the EOI application form.
Fee Payment Mode: Candidates can make the payment of initial amount and fee both in online and offline mode (credit/debit card, net banking, Demand Draft (DD) or by cash).
Step 3: Download provisional admission offer-
Once the application form of KEE 2019 is filled and fees is deposit, candidates can download the provisional admission offer using their confirmation SMS and email send at their registered email address and number.
To prepare for KEE 2019, candidates must be aware of the syllabus they need to cover and study. Apart from syllabus, candidates must also know KEE 2019 exam pattern and should solve the previous year sample/question papers. Knowing the details about the entrance examination and solving KEE 2019 sample papers will help candidates to realize what type of effort is required to crack the exam. Other facets of exam preparation also include making of the study plan and timely revision.
Before starting the preparation, know the KEE 2019 syllabus thoroughly. Note: Candidates those who studied Mathematics instead of Biology in class 12 can choose entrance examination with PCM instead of PCB for B.Tech. Biotechnology, Food Processing & Engineering and B.Sc. Agriculture/Horticulture.
Candidates appearing for the entrance exam must practice previous years KEE 2019 sample papers. By practicing sample papers of KEE 2019 candidates will get an idea about the type of questions that will be asked during the exam, difficulty level of question paper, section-wise weightage and so on. The admit card of KEE 2019 was available in online mode. KEE 2019 admit card will be issued to those candidates only who have successfully filled the application form and paid the fees. Candidates can download the KEE admit card 2019 by entering their registration number and password. However, before downloading admit card of KEE 2019, candidates must ensure that all the details mentioned on it are correct. Also, candidates should remember that KEE 2019 admit card is an important document. Without admit card of KEE 2019 candidates will not be allowed to appear for examination or in any further admission process. So, candidates need to make sure they keep it safe.
KEE 2019 will be conducted in 79 test centres across India. While filling the application form candidates can pick the KEE 2019 exam centres from the drop-down list according to their preference. Also, remember, once entered and confirmed the KEE 2019 exam centres it cannot be changed.

T authorities has released the KEE 2019 result in online mode on April 30, 2019. Candidates got the result of KEE 2019 by log-in into their accounts using their credentials. Along with the result, KEE 2019 rank card was also made available. Through rank card of KEE 2019 candidates can check their rank obtained in the entrance exam. Candidates need to make sure that they download the KEE 2019 rank card as it will be required for further admission process.
The admission to the Karunya Institute of technology and Sciences will be based on the marks secured in KEE 2019 and HSC. KEE 2019 counselling will be conducted for the shortlisted candidates to offer seats in the respective programmes.
Karunya Institute will also conduct spot admissions in different cities and states tentatively in last week of April.
The authorities was conducted the KEE 2019 counselling from May 1 to 10 in online mode. Based on their rank obtained in the entrance exam and marks secured in HSC, candidates would be shortlisted and called for counselling of KEE 2019 to participate in. Candidates would be informed about the counselling dates of KEE 2019 through SMS/email. Candidates had to report to the notified centre along with the documents for verification. The spot round counselling was conducted in five cities of Kerala from May 9 to May 12, 2019.

To get admission in Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, you need to give the entrance exam held by the institution ie, Karunya Entrance Exam (KEE). It is held online.
