CSAB Application Form 2024: The Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) concluded the CSAB UT 2024 registration on August 19, 2024. The authority updated the CSAB UT registration 2024 link on the official website, csab.nic.in. Aspirants must check the eligibility criteria before completing the CSAB UT 2024 application form. Candidates who meet the state eligibility of the Union Territories (Lakshadweep & Kandvi, Daman & Diu, Andaman & Nicobar, Dadar & Nagar Haveli) and have valid JEE Main scores are eligible to apply. The CSAB UT registration and choice filling began on August 16, 2024.

The registration process for CSAB is divided into distinct channels for the special round and CSAB NEUT 2024 rounds, each conducted online. The authority has concluded the CSAB registration 2024 for the special round on August 3, 2024. Candidates who participated in JoSAA 2024 but did not receive a seat allocation were eligible for the CSAB 2024 special round. CSAB 2024 Counselling Special Round for Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must have obtained a rank in JEE (Main) 2023—BE/BTech Paper for BE/BTech programs or BArch Paper for BArch programs.

  • Candidates should have passed their Class XII (or equivalent) examination in 2022, 2023, or 2024.

  • A minimum of 45% marks in the Class XII examination is required. SC/ST/PwD candidates are eligible for a 5% relaxation in marks.

  • Only candidates who have qualified for JEE Main and did not participate in JoSAA Counselling 2024 are eligible.

  • Candidates who were allotted a seat in any JoSAA 2024 round can also apply for the CSAB special round.

  • Candidates who did not receive any seat allocation in JoSAA Counselling 2024 are eligible for CSAB Counselling 2024.

  • Students who accepted a JoSAA seat and paid a partial admission fee can apply for CSAB Counselling 2024.

  • Candidates who chose “Not to Participate in Special Round” during JoSAA reporting are not eligible for CSAB Counselling 2024.

Candidates who have participated in JoSAA-2024 and have been allotted seats in the NIT+ System but later their seats have been CANCELLED after document verification and have not been allotted any seat in any of the subsequent JoSAA-2024 rounds (with their updated credentials provided they fulfil the eligibility).

Type 9

Candidates who have participated in JoSAA-2024 and have been allotted seats in the NIT+ System and have paid the Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF) and completed document verification but their seats have been CANCELLED due to non-payment of Partial Admission Fee.

Note: Candidates with a seat in DASA-2024 must withdraw their DASA seats before the specified date to be eligible for CSAB Special Rounds. Additionally, candidates must register for the CSAB Special Rounds as per the schedule on the CSAB-2024 website; otherwise, they will not be considered for any rounds of CSAB counselling.

CSAB Special Round Fees Payment

Candidates can check the details and make the CSAB Special Round fee payment on the official CSAB portal.

Fee Structure:

  • GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC-NCL: Rs. 45,000 (includes Rs. 5,000 non-refundable processing fee)

  • SC/ST/PwD: Rs. 25,000 (includes Rs. 5,000 non-refundable processing fee)

Additional Charges:

  • ₹17,500 for category changes if seats were not confirmed during JoSAA-2024.

CSAB SFTI 2024 Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech/B.E

Qualifying Exam: Candidates must qualify for JEE Main 2024 Paper I.

Qualifying Marks:

General category candidates must secure a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in the class 12 exam.

SC/OBC-NCL/ST/PwD category candidates need to obtain a minimum of 40% aggregate marks.

Minimum Pass Marks in Various Subjects: Candidates must secure minimum pass marks in each of the following five subjects as per their respective boards:

  • Physics
  • Mathematics
  • One of these subjects: Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or any Technical Vocational Subject
  • Any one language
  • Any other subject

B.Arch/B.Plan

  • Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have a valid rank in JEE Main 2024 Paper II.
  • Mathematics Requirement: Candidates should have studied Mathematics in the 12th class.
  • Qualifying Marks: Candidates must score a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in five subjects, including Mathematics.
  • Minimum Pass Marks in Subjects: Candidates must obtain minimum qualifying marks in each of the five subjects.

CSAB NEUT 2024 Application Form

The Central Seat Allocation Board concluded the CSAB NEUT 2024 registration process on June 28, 2024. Candidates who met the eligibility criteria were able to apply for the CSAB NEUT 2024 counselling. The authority conducted the CSAB NEUT counselling registration online. CSAB NEUT Eligibility Criteria 2024

The authority has released the CSAB NEUT 2024 eligibility criteria online. The criteria include domicile, educational qualifications, age, and more. Candidates who meet these criteria can complete the registration online. Below are the detailed eligibility criteria:

Domicile: Candidates must meet the domicile requirements of any of the following regions:

  • Eight Northeastern states: Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura
  • Four Union Territories: Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Daman & Diu, and Lakshadweep

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have:

  • Secured a rank in JEE Main 2024
  • Appeared in Class XII (or equivalent) Board exam in 2022, 2023, or 2024. They must fulfil all other eligibility requirements for admission through CSAB NEUT 2024.
  • Candidates appearing for the Class 12th exam in 2024, whose results are not yet declared, can submit their Class XII pass certificate by December 31. If a candidate fails Class 12th, their admission will be cancelled.

For Engineering and Architecture:

  • B.E./B.Tech. Programmes: Candidates must pass the Class 12 exam with the following subjects:
  • Physics
  • Mathematics
  • Any one of the Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or Technical Vocational Subject
  • A language
  • Any subject other than the above four

CSAB UT Eligibility Criteria 2024

Candidates must meet the CSAB UT 2024 eligibility criteria as prescribed by the exam authorities. The eligibility details for CSAB 2024 are as follows:

  • Students should have the state code of eligibility according to JoSAA rules, as indicated by their Class 12 qualifying exam mark sheet or as specified by the Union Territory.
  • Candidates should not have participated in the previous JoSAA rounds.
