TMISAT Exam 2024 - Registration (Started), Dates, Eligibility, Syllabus, Pattern, Admit Card, Result

TMISAT 2024 - Tolani Maritime Institute commenced the TMISAT 2024 registration process on December 28, 2023. The authority has updated the TMISAT application form 2024 link on the website, tmi.tolani.edu. Candidates who wish to get admission to BTech Marine Engineering and BSc Nautical Science have to apply for TMISAT 2024. Aspirants who have passed class 10+2 with PCM can apply for the Tolani Maritime Institute Science Aptitude Test. The authority will soon announce the TMISAT 2024 exam dates online. To be eligible for admission candidates have to qualify TMISAT and IMU CET.

TMISAT 2024 - Selection Process

Tolani Maritime Institute's selection process will test candidates on each of the below parameters by taking into account a candidate's 10+2 PCM marks, rank in IMU CET , result of the TMI online entrance exam, performance in an interview and satisfactory medical tests.

Based on the scores secured by the candidates, the TMISAT 2024 merit list will be prepared. The shortlisted candidates will have to report for the counselling procedure and in order to be eligible to get the admission, the candidates have to be physically/medically fit.

The authority has released the TMISAT 2024 eligibility criteria online at the official website. The eligibility criteria of TMISAT 2024 will consist of the nationality, age limit and education qualification which are required to be met by the candidates to be eligible to get admission into the institute. The following criteria have to be met to be eligible for admission into the B.Tech. Marine Engineering degree programme at Tolani Maritime Institute:

Age - Male candidates born on or after September 1, 2003, are eligible to apply for the 2024 batch. In accordance with Government of India guidelines, there is a two year age relaxation for female candidates and girls born on or after September 1, 2000 are eligible to apply for the 2024 batch.

Marital Status - Only unmarried candidates are eligible to apply.

Academic Qualifications - Students should have completed the Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) or its equivalent with:

• At least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (P C M), and
• At least 50% marks in English either in Class X or Class XII

Physical Fitness

The Institute has laid down detailed minimum physical fitness and medical standards. The candidate has to meet these standards to qualify for admission. You are advised to have yourself medically examined by competent doctors before applying. Tolani Marine Maritime Institute has released the TMISAT 2024 application form online at the official website tmi.tolani.edu. The TMISAT application process will comprise of registration, form filling, uploading documents and payment of registration fees. The application form of TMISAT is available in online mode only. STEP 1- Registration : Aspirants first have to register for TMISAT 2024 by entering their personal details such as gender, name, mobile number, email address, date of birth and password. After filling the required details, they will have to click on "Submit" and the details will be sent to the registered mobile and email address. Candidates will then have to validate their account by clicking on the link provided.

STEP 2- Application Form of TMISAT 2024 : Once the registration is over, candidates are required to fill the form with the required details so that they can proceed to the next step. In this step, candidates will be required to enter their personal and academic details and address of communication.

STEP 3- Upload Documents : Candidates who have successfully entered the details in the application form have to upload the scanned images of the documents such as recent passport-size photographs, Class 10th Marksheet, Class 12th Marksheet (if available), Transfer Certificate, Birth Certificate or Passport, Caste Certificate (if any), and medical report. After uploading these documents, they will be required to proceed to the payment gateway.

STEP 4- Payment of Application Fees : After successfully uploading all the necessary documents, candidates will be directed to the payment gateway for the payment of application fees. Candidates are required to pay Rs. 1200 through Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking or Demand Draft drawn in favor of "Tolani Maritime Institute" payable at Pune.

STEP 5- Submission of Application Form : After successful payment, candidates have to download the duly filled application form of TMISAT 2024 and get that printed.
