Step 1: Payment of Processing Fee - In the first step, candidates have to pay the processing fee of TS Polycet 2026 counselling through the portal. Candidates will have to enter the 10th hall ticket number, ICR form number, and date of birth in the portal to pay the fee. The processing fee has to be paid online by the candidates through debit/credit card or internet banking.
Step 2: Slot Booking For Document Verification - After the payment of the fee, candidates have to book their slot for document verification.
Step 3: Document Verification - Candidates have to report to the TS Polycet counselling centres for document verification on the slot booked by them. Candidates will be required to take the original and photocopies of all their documents for verification. Once the verification is successful, candidates will be eligible for option entry.
Step 4: TS Polycet Registration – After document verification, candidates have to register for web-based TS Polycet counselling 2026. Candidates have to create a password for their account. All communication about the seat allotment is done through this account only.
Step 5: Option Entry - After registration, candidates will have to participate in option entry which will be conducted online. During option entry, candidates will have to choose the combination of course and institute as per their choice. Candidates are advised to choose the maximum choices to increase the chances of seat allotment.
Step 6: Locking of Choices - Candidates have to lock the choices selected by them during option entry before the last date. However, if a candidate does not submit his/her choices, they will be automatically locked after the last date and the candidate will not be able to make any changes to them after that.
Step 7: TS Polycet Seat Allotment - The authorities have released the TS Polycet counselling 2026 final phase seat allotment online in July, 2026. The result of the TS Polycet 2026 seat allotment will be available for the candidates online through their respective accounts. Candidates will have to log in to their account to know about the seat allotment status. If the candidate will be allotted a seat, he/she will have to download the TS Polycet seat allotment letter which will contain the name of the institute and course allotted to the candidate.
Step 8: Reporting at the allotted college- Candidates will have to report to the allotted institutes with a seat allotment letter and receipt of payment.
