PECE Counselling 2020 - The authorities has released schedule for special round of PECE 2020 counselling. Registration for special round counselling of PECE 2020 will be open on January 9 and 10. PECE has been cancelled and admission to diploma engineering courses to the participating institutes in the state of Jharkhand shall be done on basis of qualifying examination. PECE counselling 2020 will include various procedures such as registration, filling and locking of choices, and payment of counselling fee. The authorities will conduct a few rounds of counselling for seat allotment which will be done on the basis of marks secured and choices filled by the candidates. Procedure of PECE Counselling 2020
All the eligible candidates have to participate in the counselling of PECE 2020. Candidates who are listed out in the merit list are eligible for PECE 2020 counselling. The counselling procedure has various steps and detailed procedure of PECE counselling 2020 is mentioned below.
Step 1 - Registration - Candidates have to first complete the registration process by selecting a new registration option and entering all the required details. Later, candidates get a chance to verify the details entered by them and make any changes if required.
Step 2 - Payment of counselling fee - After registration has been done, candidates are required to pay the counselling fee according to their categories.

Candidates can pay the PECE counselling 2020 fees through online or offline. To pay the fees online, candidates can pay using debit cards, credit cards, and net banking. To pay the fees offline, candidates can pay through e-challan that can be downloaded online.
Step 3 - Filling & locking of choices - Candidates will be given a chance to choose the branch and institutes they would like to get admission in. Candidates can fill and lock the choices according to the preferences. It should be noted that choices once locked can’t be changed. Therefore, candidates are advised to lock the choices carefully and later on, take a print of it. Choices will be locked automatically if candidates do not lock them.
Step 4 - Seat Allotment - Authorities have prepared a merit list on the basis of marks secured in the qualifying examination and choices filled by the candidates. According to this PECE merit list and the preferences selected, the seats will be allotted to candidates. After allotment of seat has been done then the candidates will have three options to follow.
Acceptance of seat - If a candidate is satisfied with the allotted seat then he/she will have to accept a seat by paying a non-refundable amount of Rs. 1000 as an admission fee through online mode. After successful payment, an allotment letter will be displayed on the screen which should be downloaded and printed. Candidates will have to carry the allotment letter to the allotted institute along with other relevant documents.
Rejection of seat - If a candidate is not satisfied with the allotted seat then he or she can reject a seat.
Upgradation of choices - Candidates will also be able to upgrade their choices by paying a non-refundable amount of Rs. 1000. They will then have to wait for the re-allotment of seat after the release of the list of vacant seats of the first round of PECE counselling 2020.
What are the documents required in the counselling process of PECE 2020?
At the time of PECE counselling 2020, the candidates are required to carry a seat of photocopies of many documents. It is mandatory to carry all the relevant documents to complete the counselling process.

Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) conducts PECE 2020 exam.And the date of the examination is yet to be notified. The application date was extended till July 25, 2020. Due to the pandemic there is a delay in the examination. You need to wait until there is an official information. JCECEB has started the application process for PECE 2020 on June 8. Candidates will be able to fill the application form till July 25, 2020 . The authorities will conduct the PECE 2020 (Jharkhand Polytechnic exam) as a pen-paper based exam. The exam dates are not yet released by the officials and the admit card will be released four days before the exam. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information.

The Exam will be conducted in September 2020.
