Bachelor’s Degree: The candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in any stream of Engineering or technology or any other equivalent discipline of MCA/ MSc/ BSc 4 year course.

GATE Score: A valid Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) score in CS, EC, EE, IN, MA, ST or XE is one of the basic requirements for IIT Guwahati 2020 M. tech Admission.
