AP EAMCET 2020 - Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Kakinada will release AP EAMCET 2020 application form on February 26. The last date to submit the application form is March 27, 2020. The detailed notification will be released on February 20, 2020. AP EAMCET 2020 Engineering exam will conducted from April 20 to 23 and while Agriculture exam will be held on April 23 and 24. Candidates who wish to attempt both the papers, will be able to give the exam on April 22 and 23, 2020. Candidates should check AP EAMCET 2020 eligibility criteria beforehand as no candidate will be eligible for final seat allotment if he/she does not fulfil the minimum required standards of the exam. The given table can be referred to know about AP EAMCET eligibility criteria 2020.
Candidates must be Indian Nationals or Persons of India Origin (PIO)/ Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders.
Candidates must be domicile of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana.
Candidates should have completed 16 years of age as on 31st December 2020. There is no upper age limit.
However, candidates applying for B.Tech. (Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering), B.Tech. (FS & T) should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December 2020. Upper age limit in this case is 22 years. There is a relaxation of 3 years for SC/ST candidates and upper age limit for them is 25 years.
Candidate must have passed or appeared for the final year of intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or Telangana or equivalent.
Candidates must have passed or appeared in the final year of the Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or equivalent.
The authorities will release the AP EAMCET 2020 application form in online mode on February 26 and the last date of application is March 27. The application process will include steps like payment of fee, filling of application form and print out of application form. Applicants can refer the given steps to know about the application process of AP EAMCET.
APPLICATIONS OPEN NOW
Step 1: Payment of Fee- In the first step, candidates will have to pay the registration/application fee of AP EAMCET in either online or through AP & TS online centres.
Payment in Online Mode-
Click on “Fee Payment” tab.
Enter the following details-

Date of Birth
After Entering the details, click on “Initiate Payment”.
Select Payment Type (Credit/Debit Card or Internet Banking)
Fill all the details of the payment type selected and make payment.
Payment confirmation along with with the payment Id will be displayed on the screen.
A candidate who does not wish to pay the fee online can pay it through any of the designated AP/TS online centres. For this, candidates will have to follow the given steps-
Choose nearest APOnline centre.
Visit any of the centers with the following mandatory details:
a. Hall Ticket number of the Qualifying Examination
b. Name of the Candidate (as per SSC)
c. Father’s Name (as per SSC)
d. Date of Birth.(as per SSC)
e. Mobile number and alternate mobile number
f. Stream applying for Engineering (E) or Agriculture and allied (A) or both E & A
Pay the prescribed amount in cash and collect receipt for the Registration fee paid from the APONLINE / TSONLINE center containing a Payment Reference ID (Transaction Id).
Application Fee of AP EAMCET 2020
It should be noted that, candidates who wish to apply for both Engineering and Agricultural & Medical field will have to pay Rs 1000 as application fee plus a processing fee of Rs 59.
Step 2: Know the Status of Fee Payment- After payment of fee, candidates will be able to check the status of their fee payment. To check status:
Click on “Know Your Payment Status” tab.
Enter same hall ticket number, mobile number, Date of Birth as given in step 1.
Click on “Check Payment Status” button.
The status of fee payment will be displayed on the screen.
After this, candidates will have to click on “Fill Application” in order to enter the required details of the form.
Step 3: Filling of Application Form- In this step, candidates will have to enter all the mandatory details of the application form. Candidates will have to enter personal, communication, educational details along with uploading documents and selecting test centres for the entrance exam. After entering all the details, candidates will have to submit the application form and note the application number displayed on the screen.

Candidates will have to upload scanned images of photograph and signature as per the given specifications.

Step 4: Printout of Application Form- Once the form is submitted, candidates will have to take a print out of the application form by clicking on “Print Application”. Candidates are advised to keep the print out safely for future reference.
AP EAMCET Application Form Correction Window
The exam conducting authorities will provide a facility to the candidates for correcting mistakes in their application forms. However, candidates will be able to make changes in only some specified fields of the application form. If a candidate wants to make changes to a field that cannot be changed by him/her, then he/she will have to send written request along with supporting documents to Convener, AP EAMCET 2020.
The exam centres of AP EAMCET 2020 are the venues where the entrance test will be conducted. AP EAMCET 2020 will be conducted in 40 regional centres under 14 districts. Candidates are required to select two districts and three regional centres while filling out the application form of AP EAMCET 2020. Candidates are advised to be well aware of the exam pattern of AP EAMCET beforehand. Knowledge of exam pattern will help the candidates to know about the type of questions, number of questions, number of sections, etc. of the exam. No login will be required for attempting these tests, a default login and password will be entered on the login page itself. AP EAMCET 2020 mock test will provide the real feel of the examination to the students and they will be able to know about the actual exam pattern of the exam. The authorities will release the hall ticket of AP EAMCET 2020 on April 16. Candidates will be able to download their hall ticket through the official website by logging in to the hall ticket portal. Candidates can refer the given steps to download the hall ticket of AP EAMCET.

AP EAMCET hall ticket 2020 will be displayed on the screen.
Download the admit card and take a print out.
The authorities will release the preliminary answer key of AP EAMCET 2020 on April 23. All the candidates will be able to compare their answers with the answer key to determine their probable scores in the exams. The authorities will also provide a facility to the candidates to raise objections to the preliminary answer key. All of the objections must be made within the stipulated time. After this, the authorities will release the final answer key of AP EAMCET 2020 in the last week of April, considering the objections raised by the candidates.
The authorities will release the result of AP EAMCET 2020 on May 5. Candidates will be able to check their AP EAMCET 2020 result by logging in to the result portal. AP EAMCET result will include the qualifying status, marks secured by the candidates and ranks of the candidates. It should be noted that the qualifying percentage of marks for the AP EAMCET-2020 is 25% of the maximum marks considered for ranking. The exam conducting authorities of AP EAMCET will prepare a merit list of candidates on the basis of marks secured by them in the exam. AP EAMCET merit list is prepared on the basis of combined score obtained by giving 75% weightage to the marks secured in AP EAMCET-2019 and 25% weightage to the marks secured in the relevant group subjects namely Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry of the qualifying examination.
In case of same marks of two or more candidates in AP EAMCET 2020, the merit ranks will be determined by following the given rule.
Candidate with higher total marks in AP EAMCET 2020 will be given higher rank.
If a tie still persists, candidate with higher marks in Mathematics section of AP EAMCET 2020 will be given higher rank.
If a tie still persists, candidate with higher marks in Physics section of AP EAMCET 2020 will be given higher rank.
If a tie still persists, candidate with higher percentage of aggregate marks in the qualifying exam will be given higher rank.
If a tie still persists, candidate older in age will be given higher rank.
The cut off of AP EAMCET 2020 is the minimum marks required by the candidate to get admission in the participating institutes. AP EAMCET 2020 cutoff is in the form of opening and closing ranks of the candidates. The authorities will consider various factors while determining the cutoff of AP EAMCET like number of applicants, availability of seats, difficulty of the exam, previous year cutoff trends, etc.
The candidates shortlisted on the basis of merit list will be eligible to participate in the counselling of AP EAMCET 2020. The web-based counselling of AP EAMCET will be commence tentatively in the last week of June. AP EAMCET 2020 counselling will include the following steps-
Payment of Fee- In the first step, candidates will have to pay the counselling fee in online mode. The counselling fee for General/OBC candidates is Rs 1000 and that for SC/ST candidates is Rs 600.
Document Verification- The verification of documents will be carried in online mode but the candidates will not be verified successfully in online mode will have to visit the helpline centres set by the authorities for document verification.
Choice Locking- After document verification, candidates will be eligible for exercising choice locking. Candidates are advised to lock maximum choices of institute and courses in order to increase the chances of admission.
Reporting at the Allotted Institute- After choice locking, the authorities will release the result of AP EAMCET 2020 seat allotment. Candidates who will be allotted seats will have to report the allotted institute to pay the fees and complete other admission formalities.
