It is difficult to predict the admission chances as each year the cut off can change due to several factors like :

• Seat Matrix
• Difficulty level of exam
• No of students appeared for the exam etc.

Well, as per VITEEE 2015 cut off , you have  chances to get CSE in VIT Chennai. But , cut off is changed in 2016 and can vary each year as I have said above .

Well an undeviating answer to your question would be a NO. 75k rank is not considered a good score. You cannot get a good/ desired branch in B.Tech course in VIT campus. But you might get other branches if you just want a seat in VIT.

Just check out the cutoffs for different branches in VIT BHOPAL & VIT CHENNAI. You'll definitely get a seat in any of these.

This is not possible to get a seat in bio technology in Vellore campus because your rank is too much high according to previous year cutoffs. Your rank in VITEEE is 6983, which is an average-good rank to get a seat in VIT Vellore. You can expect a seat in CSE branch under category 3 of counselling, or you can go for other branches like ECE for category 2 or less.
