My all over rank is 5166 and cast rank is 2233 in cgpet. Can I get BIT college durg

Cristiano Ashim 4th Jun, 2018
The chances of Getting BIT with that rank are very less. Even if you do get it, you'll get a less preferred branch, which is not good as the current trend says "stream over institution". So don't go for the college blindly, if you get a better stream at a different college , go for it.

Sir I got 73% in 12th this year and 10th 87% and got 50 marks in cg pet exam.... can i get addmission in BIT bhilai????

Cristiano Ashim 3rd Jun, 2018
First of all, your marks in board examinations don't matter.

Secondly, 50 marks is kinda on the lower side, but with the current trend of ditching Engineering in favour of other options, you might just get in. But I'd advise you take a good branch of your choice at any other college rather than taking a less preferred branch at BIT.

Nithesh 24th Apr, 2018

hii

Candidates applying for the CG PET exam must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical vocational courses as optional subjects. Candidates applying for the B.Tech Biotechnology must have studied Biology instead of Mathematics in their 10+2. for much more information check the below link
