4. HR round , if you are there till HR round than you lucky, you are going to be a TCSer.

Further it is announced that it would be held in the month of September probably first week.

Yes, there will be a 3rd round Counselling but please do not hope for IISER TVM. I am stating this just on the basis of last year counselling process as last year till 12th July there was no Second Round also but till 19th July 3rd round happened and many students got Seats in that round.

Every year 40k-50k students apply for kvpy and  around 3.3 k people got selected in KVPY written exam, and 2.9K got selected in the interview round. 

It's just a vague guess, because it all depends on the number of students that apply for this exam, and the ones who get scholarships. Also, their reservation criterias and their intelligence.

Yes, because Candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent level exam with science stream in 2018 or 2019 are eligible to apply for admissions. Candidates will be admitted toIISER only through following three channels. These channels will be referred to as KVPY, JEE, and SCB, respectively.

IISERs conduct IISER Aptitude Test under State and Central Boards Channel (SCB) channel for admissions to 5-year BS-MS Degree programmes of Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research and 4-year BS programmes at IISER Bhopal.

B.tech could be done through private colleges and IIT NIT which takes JEE results and some colleges conduct there own entrance exam for admission purpose so only through IISER aptitude test you can't make it to this College
