According to last some years cut offs you have very less chances of getting admission into the any  decent college as the cut offs for few good government colleges of Aasam are higher than that of your marks. Generally the cut offs for JEC, JOHRAT and AEC, GUWAHATI  are nearly between 90 to 110 marks but as you got less marks than that so you have less chances in that colleges.

Now, looks, as your score is not so good, you can't get too good colleges like Assam Engineering College or Jorhat Engineering college. Both of these have much high cutoff.
