Qualifying Exam: Canditates have to qualify the10+2 examination from Assam Higher Secondary Board or an equivalent boardwith out any grace marks
Subjects: Candidates must pass the above examination with Physics,Chemistry,Mathematics and English subjects
MinimumMarks: Candidates have to secure minimum 50% marks for general category,45% marks for scheduled caste(SC) category & 40% marks for scheduled tribe(ST) category taken together in PCM subjects .

No, we cannot say NCERTs are enough. NCERTs are books used in schools to build your basics and Assam CEE is the exam which comes with higher level of questions. In Assam, CEE NCERTs will work as a base for all the subjects but apart from this you have to go through some higher conceptual books for some higher level of concepts.

For getting a government college you need to score much more than cutoff,So here i am mentioning the cutoff below for different category,check yours and try to score much more than that for getting a government college.
For CGE >=99-100
FOR GEN >=76-72
FOR obc/mobc >=77-70

I don't see why would there be problem for a candidate of Indian origin to take any of these exams. You definitely without any doubt have the right to take these exams together. There examination dates rarely clash so that should not be a case to worry.

For appearing in assam cee exam a candidate must be a domicile of Assam.must have passed there 12th standard with PCM. 50% aggregate collectively in Physics, chemistry and maths. So of you're pass in your physics subject then you are eligible. In most cases 33% atleast is considered as pass.an a student must have to be pass in Theory and practical as well in CBSE. Maybe your board might have different criteria.
