There can be two possibilities for the photos not getting uploaded. It could be because of either not in recommended size or not in the recommended format. As you said that the the images is not of recommended size. You can edit it in paint and change your image

If you consider previous Years cutoffs then  You may get admission in new IITs like gandhinagar or Jodhpur, but chances are bleak for Mtech.

You Might get in MS program in new IIT's or old IIT's too.
