CSE is one of the most preferred branch at Amrita and hence is very competitive. Coimbatore branch is the most preferred campus as it is the oldest and thus has well established alumni network and faculties. Amrita has really good placement and internship records and hence is worth joining.
If you don't belong to the Tamilnadu quota it might be slightly difficult for you to get into CSE in Coimbatore campus. You have a really good chance of getting CSE in Amritapuri and Bangalore campus .

You have secured a good rank in AEEE. As per previous year information cutoff for CSE branch will be around 18000 for home state and 7000 for other state. And for CSE specialization cutoff will be around 24000 for home state and 11000 for other state.
There are 50% home reservation in every campus. Cutoff varies every year depending on various factors. Keep in mind that your chances to grab a seat will vary on the following basis:
Number of seats available
Number of students applied for the same branch
Performance of the students
The category you belong to etc.

And for CSE specialization cutoff will be around 7000 for home state and 2000 for other state. So, it will be difficult for you to get CSE branch in Coimbatore.

congratulations for securing high rank. yes you have a good chance of getting admission for cse in Amrithapuri campus. When we look into previous cut off closing rank of amrithapuri campus for cse was 6.9k . So with 4.1k rank you can get admission there for cse. All the best

Chances are less. But in the previous years, for state quota closing rank went up to 16k for ece and 19k for electrical and electronics, so unless you have a state quota it will be a bit difficult.
