Yes,NCERT exempler is helpful for NEET as well.NCERT exempler are basically practice books that include extra questions of a higher level and are meant for aiding in depth learning.

The NCERT exempler textbook contains conceptual sums ,which covers CBSE board exam and competitive exams like NEET,AIIMS examination.It has objective type question,new concepts,skil developing questions,and will help to generalize the concepts and give you the exposure of mcq type question before exams.
