How to fill AMUEEE Application Form
Applicants must be very careful while filling in AMUEEE application form.
For applying to admissions in undergraduate engineering programmes, the candidates can apply online.
Either the applicants will have to fill the application form online or they have to download the PDF and send it to the university in A-4 envelop. .
Before filling the application form of AMUEEE, candidates must follow some important instructions and rules prescribed by AMU.
AMUEE Application procedure
Candidates applying for AMUEE must know the application procedure for AMUEE. Before applying online and offline mode, candidates must ensure that they fulfill all the required eligibility criteria set by Aligarh Muslim University.
Filling of AMUEEE Application Form (Online)
Applicants will have to fill online AMUEEE application form as per the prescribed instructions and eligibility criteria.
After filling the online AMUEEE application form, candidates must take out the printout of application form on A-4 size paper and submit it.
Submitting PDF copy of AMUEEE Application Form:
Candidates shall download their duly filled in AMUEEE application form by using a valid username and password.
Take the printout of the application form on an A-4 size paper.
Further, they must put their thumb impression, signature and paste their recent photograph at the designated place in the AMUEEE application form.
The downloaded copy of AMUEEE application form can be submitted in person or through registered post/speed post/courier on or before the last date of receipt at the below mentioned address:

Applicants are required to keep the photocopies of their filled in AMUEEE application form with them for future reference.
While submitting AMUEEE application form by post, the candidates must ensure that all the documents are properly placed in an A-4 size envelope. Don’t forget to paste the postal slip on top of envelope before posting it.
Applicants can check the status of their application form online.
Applicants, who have submitted the application form in person, must ensure not to take the acknowledgement slip.

Admission Test Fee/Processing Charges (non-refundable) may be remitted.
Self attested copy (both sides) of High School/Secondary School Certificate (SSC Examination) for date of birth proof.
Self attested copy (both sides) of Marksheets/Gradesheets of qualifying exam. If the result of the qualifying test is not available till the time of applying, then the applicants must submit self attested photocopies of marksheets/grade sheets of exam passed in the preceding year.
Self attested copy (both sides) of Marksheets/Gradesheets of all other exams passed/appeared (including parts therein) after passing High School till date.
Self attested copy of documents for claiming of Internal Status and/or special categories, if any
Documents as proof for professional experience, if any
No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer, if employed at present
Any other relevant document
AMUEEE Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Criteria for B. Tech Programmes
Candidates seeking admission to B. Tech programmes at AMU must fulfill the following eligibility conditions.
Applicants must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized central or state board.
Candidates must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying exam for appearing in AMUEEE.
Applicants must have studied subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in their qualifying or 12th board exam.
Diploma holder candidates can also apply for AMUEEE, however, they should have scored a minimum of 50% of marks.
Eligibility Criteria for BE (Evening) Programmes
Candidates seeking admission to BE (Evening) programmes at AMU must fulfill the following eligibility conditions.
Applicants must have passed their qualifying exam from a recognized central/ state board or a university, and must have a minimum of 50% marks in it.
Candidates having diploma in engineering degree, in same or relevant branch from AMU can apply for AMUEEE.
Candidates who have passed diploma in engineering from Aligarh Muslim University with at least 50% marks in aggregate are also eligible to apply for the test.

AMUEEE Counselling Details
Important points related to AMUEEE Counselling
The counselling process of AMUEEE, will be conducted in two rounds.
Candidates shall report on the reporting centre as per the prescribed time and dates with their original marks sheets/certificates in the first round.
The second round of AMUEEE counselling will be held if seats remain vacant after the first round of counselling.
Candidates, who are not able to provide required certificates, their admission will be automatically cancelled.
The marks sheet/grade sheet/certificates downloaded from the internet, will not be accepted at the time of AMUEEE counselling.
Candidates are required to pay the admission fees after they are allotted a seat. Admission process must be completed by them.
Important documents required at the time of AMUEEE counselling
Marks sheet/rade sheet of class 12th or equivalent qualifying exam (along with four self-attested photocopies)
Transfer/migration and character certificate from the institution last attended.
10th/high school or its equivalent exam certificate in support of the date of birth
Five (2.5 x 3.0 cms) recent colour photographs (in white background)
Certificates in support of special categories claimed in the AMUEEE application form.
Four self-addressed envelopes bearing postage stamps worth Rs. 22.00 each (to be submitted in the Office of the Provost of Hall of Residence / NRSC allotted).
Two Oath Commissioner’s Affidavit on plain paper– one on your behalf and the other on behalf of your parents / guardian regarding not to indulge in ragging
