WBJEE 2017 Answer Key Released!

West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has published the model answer key of WBJEE 2017 examination. All of the candidates who appeared for the examination can now check and download the available answer key of WBJEE 2017. Using the released answer key of WBJEE 2017, the candidates can compare their responses to the correct answers as per the answer key of WBJEE 2017 and calculate their scores. The OMR images and machine read responses of the WBJEE candidates were published on May 16, 2017.

Important: One question from each set of Physics and Chemistry question paper was dropped and full marks will be awarded for the question irrespective of whether it was attempted or not by the candidates. The question number dropped from set of question papers are given below:

Steps to Calculate Scored Marks Using WBJEE Answer Key 2017

The candidates can follow the given steps to calculate the estimated scores secured by the candidates in the state level entrance examination which was held on April 23, 2017.

Step 1 – Candidates will have to download the answer key, which is available in PDF format, from the given link – Click Here

Step 2 – The correct responses in the answer key has to be compared with the answers given by the candidates in the examination.

Step 3 – The scores has to be calculated by using the official marking scheme as mentioned in WBJEE Exam Pattern 2017.

Step 4 – Total score calculated will be the probable secured marks of the candidate in the WBJEE 2017 examination.

Challenging the WBJEE 2017 Answer Key

The candidates will be able to challenge the answer key of WBJEE 2017 till May 22, 2017 (4 PM). Any number of answer key can be challenged by the candidates but in one session. Payment of Rs. 500 per key has to be done through net banking/ credit card/ debit card/ Allahabad Bank Challan. The fee is non-refundable. The challenge will not be reviewed if the payment is not done. The decision of WBJEEB will be final and no further request will be entertained. The result will be declared after the feedback on the answer key is considered

Currently, the admission committee has started conducting mock counselling at designated help centres till May 30, 2017. The mock counselling has been started to make the candidates familiar with the process of counselling. The actual counselling will start tentatively in June and will be held in online mode.
