RIET invites application for B.Tech admissions 2016

Rajasthan Institute of Engineering & Technology (RIET) has invited the applications for admission to B.Tech programmes available at the institute. Application forms can be filled in online as well as in offline mode. Admissions of candidates will be done on the basis of candidates’ Rank in JEE Main 2016 or through REAP 2016. It is must for every candidate to appear in REAP 2016 counselling for admission to the institute. Application Form:

For Admission to the institute, candidates can fill the application form in two modes:

Online:

To fill the application form in online mode, candidates can click on the link given below. After clicking on the link, candidates will be directed to a page where they have to enter their personal details, qualification details and communication details. On the same page, candidates have to upload the scanned images of their photograph, signature and class 10^th marks sheet. After filling all the details, candidates have to click on “Submit” button. After clicking on submit button, candidates will be directed to payment gateway page where they have to choose any of the following amount.

INR 2000 – Registration Fee
INR 10000 – Fee for confirmed seat

Offline:

Application form can also be obtained in person from the college campus. Candidates are required to pay Rs. 2000 in cash to get the application form.

Admission Procedure:

70% of total seats are reserved for candidates of Rajasthan. Admission of such candidates will be done through REAP conducted on the basis JEE Main 2016 Merit List.
15% of total seats are for candidates from states other than Rajasthan. Score/Rank in JEE Main 2016 will be the only basis for admission of such candidates to the institute.
15% of total seats are reserved under management quota. Candidates from all over India are eligible for management quota seats.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates belonging to general category must have passed their 10+2 or equivalent exam with a minimum of 45% marks (40% aggregate for SC/ST/Others) from Rajasthan Board or from any recognized board/university of the country.

It is must for all aspirants to study Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in their 10+2 or equivalent

Hi Sahaj,

As per your REAP rank, I would suggest you taking CSE or mechanical engineering branch in MBM Jodhpur. This is because MBM is the oldest engineering college for Rajasthan and it has the best placements to offer in the state government colleges.

Among all the colleges through REAP MBM is considered the best. If you want to take admission in the above mentioned colleges, then Poornima College would be great.

Hey!

Admissions in RIET, Rajasthan are done on the basis of merit and rank achieved in Jee mains, you need to fill the application form of admission and provide the required details. Then through counseling process (REAP) and after verification of documents and credentials, you will get admission in the college.

RIET jaipur is best for civil engineering please give me answer

Rajasthan Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jaipur is really a good college from all the aspects. Students are placed according to their capabilities in different companies. Companies like L&T , Justdial, Accenture, Compu Systems, Vodafone etc have taken the students from the college. Here, packages start from 3 lakhs per annum to 22 lakhs per annum. Highest package was 45 lakhs. Some hiring companies are- Mahindra, Ericsson, Pinnacle, SBI, Expedia etc.

Dear Aspirant,

All three colleges i.e. Apex Institute of Engineering and Technology, Arya Institute of Engineering and Technology and Rajasthan Institute of Engineering and Technology are similar on the basis of rank, placement and student reviews.

The only difference is that Apex Institute has the lowest fees.

Now you can decide which will be better for you.
