Slot booking for Manipal University Online Entrance Test (MUOET) 2017 has begun from 2 pm on March 24. Manipal University has confirmed that the slot booking for MU OET 2017 has begun from 2 pm, thus candidates should not bother much and should not wait if some information on the official website of the university needs to be updated. Only registered candidates can book the test slots for themselves. Candidates must book MU OET 2017 exam slots as per the time, slot and day most convenient to them. The slot booking is available for I and II attempts till April 10.
Candidates who wish to go for a third attempt can book their slots from May 15, 2017 to May 16. MU OET 2017 slot booking can be done on first come first serve basis and requires candidates to select venue of exam, date & time of test slots of their preference for the MU OET exam. Aspirants have to book exam slots online through Online Test Booking System (OTBS) of Manipal University.

After the candidates have booked their test slots, they can download their MU OET Hall Ticket 2017, however the hall ticket can be downloaded 24 hours or a day after they have booked their slots.
MU OET 2017 will be conducted by Manipal University in online mode from April 24 to May 17, 2017. The university has released the application form for MU OET 2017 on November 1, 2016, while interested candidates can fill the application online till March 27, 2017. The entrance test for admissions to undergraduate engineering programmes will be held in multiple cities across the country.

The level of MU OET is definitely lower than JEE but that doesn't mean you should take it lightly. Anyone can clear any examination, provided they have enough concentration and dedication towards it. You should make a study timetable and strictly adhere to it. Do not waste any time and start preparing at once. 550-600 out of 800 is usually considered a "good" score so keep that in mind during your preparation.
there is no specific syllabus available right now in official website. but it is given that exam will be duration of 1 hour, number of question will be 90 questions. it is mention in the website that detailed test syllabus will be uploaded shortly.

With 6794, CSE is near to impossible. Yes, there is a chance for ECE if you go till the final round. According to 2018 and 2017 data, for ECE, the cut offs were between 5000 and 60000. And, there is no big difference between that and your rank, so you can give it a try.
Taking into consideration trends in past year regarding the cut off , I am sorry to say this but you have very low chances of getting cse in Manipal Jaipur as the seats are filled by ranks upto 10000.
Last year cut off was 8588.
