DTE Maharashtra has enabled the facility of application correction for MHT CET 2017. Registered candidates, who have filled in and submitted the application form before the last date for the state level engineering entrance test, can make changes/editing/corrections in the application form till March 30, 2017. Candidates must be mindful of making all required changes before the last date, as no changes will be allowed after March 30. In order to make corrections/updation in the filled in application form of MHT CET 2017, registered candidates need to enter their MHT CET 2017 application number, password and security pin.

MHT CET 2017 application form was made available on February 14, while the last date for application form without late fee was March 23. However, with late fee, aspiring candidates can fill MHT CET 2017 application form and submit it till March 30, 2017. Before they fill MHT CET 2017 application form, the candidates must keep ready scanned images of their photograph and signature in the specified dimensions.
The application procedure of MHT CET 2017 involves registration, form filling, uploading photograph and signature and fee payment. Candidates must note that filling Aadhaar Card number is not a mandatory field in the application form. Candidates can pay the application fee for the state level test in online mode. After successfully filling and submitting the application, candidates must take print out of the confirmation page for future use. They should not send any documents to the office of the admission committee of MHT CET.
The entrance exam, MHT CET 2017 will be conducted by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Maharashtra on May 11. Over 4 lakh candidates appear every year for the state level entrance examination.

The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra will release the MHT CET 2020 application form from January 1 in online mode on the official website.The last date to submit the application form will be in the second week of March, 2020.The last date to register for MHT CET 2020 with additional late fee of Rs. 500 will be in the third week of March 2020

yes you can join but you won't be able to use domicile reservation. You will go under open category and rank cutoff range for it is really low compared to home state quota reservation.
If you have a rank which will satisfy the COEP cutoff rank range with your respective category then you can take an admission for sure.
for any branch you consider you have to score above 170 in the paper. The minimum mark considered is 145 for Electronic and telecommunication branch. for Computer science it is 170.
