Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad has declared TS EAMCET 2017 result today, on May 22. The result of the state level engineering entrance test has been released in online mode for only those candidates who have appeared in the test on May 12. In order to check their result, the test takers have to enter their TS EAMCET Registration Number and Hall Ticket Number. Through the result of TS EAMCET 2017, the candidates can check their marks as well as their ranks. However, the rank card of TS EAMCET 2017 will be available separately on May 28. Candidates must download and take printout of their rank card. Further, as the rank card of TS EAMCET 2017 will be needed for admission purpose, the candidates must keep it safe till the admission procedure is complete. TS EAMCET 2017 counselling will be held tentatively from the fourth week of June to the last week of July 2017. The counselling of TS EAMCET 2017 includes registration and document verification. Only qualifying candidates will be able to participate in the counselling procedure wherein they have to get themselves register and get their documents register at the helpline centres. Qualifying candidates are called for participating in TS EAMCET counselling 2017 as per their ranks on different days. TS EAMCET 2017 counselling includes document verification, option entry, logout, final allotment of seats, fee payment, self-reporting, participating in the subsequent phases of counselling (if any) and seat withdrawal. The counselling is held in different phases as per the respective schedules.
TS EAMCET 2017 cutoff will be made available by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad after the result declaration. The cut off for the year 2016 is not available, however, candidates can go through the TS EAMCET 2017 cutoff for the year 2015 and know about the admission chances across the participating institutes. There are various factors based on which the cutoff of TS EAMCET 2017 will be determined like total number of applicants, number of available seats, difficulty level of the question paper, popularity of the programme, etc. Only those candidates will be eligible for admissions who either score equal to the cutoff marks or secure marks more than the cutoff.
Facts about TS EAMCET:
According to the official data of TS EAMCET, in 2016, a total of 2,46,522 candidates had registered for the state level entrance exam. Out of these registered candidates, nearly 1,44,510 had registered for engineering and 1,02,012 for agriculture & medical disciplines. In Hyderabad zones only, as many as 94,402 candidates had registered. Out of these, a total of 61,637 had registered for engineering and 32,765 candidates had registered for Agriculture & Medical streams.
