Tentatively, the computer-based test (online mode) of JEE Main 2018 may be conducted on April 14 or 15, 2018. Joint Entrance Examination Main or commonly known as JEE Main is a national level engineering entrance exam which is conducted annually by the Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE). For those students who wish to get admission into NITs, IIITs and CFTIs, it is necessary for them to qualify JEE Main examination. It also acts as a qualifying examination for JEE Advanced which is the doorway for IIT admissions.

In the year of 2016, the JEE Main notification was published in November and the registrations had commenced from December 1. If the same trend is followed by the authorities for the present session, then the aspirants can start looking forward to the release of the official notification of JEE Main 2018.

Students who are planning on registering for JEE Main 2018 examination are advised to check the full eligibility criteria before filling the application form. This has to be remembered since ineligible applications will be rejected by the authorities.
