JEE Main 2017 applicants will be able to fill the online application forms only till today. The online registration process which was extended till today i.e., January 16, 2017 will end at 11:59 pm and all applicants who wish to sit for the JEE Main 2017 examination must fill and submit the application form before the deadline.
The applicants can register themselves online by filling the online application form with all of the required personal and academic information. All provided details have to be valid. The applicants will have to submit the application form before 11:59 pm today to be successfully registered for the examination. While the last day for submission of the application form is today, the payment of the application fees has to be done till tomorrow i.e., January 17, 2017. The payment has to be done in either offline i.e., through e-challan (payment should be made in the Syndicate/ Canara/ ICICI/ HDFC Bank in cash) or online mode i.e., through credit card/debit card/e-wallet (SBI Buddy/ Paytm).
The facility for correction in the application form of JEE Main 2017 will be open for all registered applicants from January 25, 2017 till February 3, 2017. The applicants who have successfully registered themselves will be able to make changes or corrections in all of their details submitted in the application form. Requests for changes after February 3, 2017 will not be entertained by the admission committee.
The admit card of JEE Main 2017 will be released online for all applicants who have been termed eligible for the entrance examination. The JEE Main Admit Card 2017 will be released tentatively in the 2nd week of March, 2017 only in online mode. To download the admit card, the applicants will have to enter their application number and password which was generated while filling their online application form. The applicants have to keep in mind that the admit card has to be carried and produced during the examination. If the applicant is unable to bring the admit card then he/she will not be allowed to give the examination.
JEE Main 2017 is the national engineering entrance examination which provides admission to all eligible applicants into the NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. The online application process of JEE Main 2017 commenced on December 1, 2016 and was supposed to end on January 2, 2017, however, CBSE extended the registration process till January 16, 2017. All eligible registered applicants will be able to participate in the entrance examination. The online examination will be held on April 2, 2017 and the offline exam will be held on April 8 & 9 2017.
