IIST B.Tech Application Form 2017 available now!
The Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) has announced the availability of the online application form for IIST B.Tech from June 1, 2017. All the candidates who clear the JEE Advanced 2017 will be eligible to fill the IIST B.Tech Application Form. The last date for filling the application form of IIST B.Tech is June 15, 2017. Students must fill the online application form by firstly registering themselves. Candidates can fill the IIST B.Tech 2017application form on the link that will be provided on this page.

Steps for filling the IIST B.Tech 2017 Application form
Candidates need to follow the steps that are given below to fill the application form of IIST B.Tech 2017.
Step 1- Registration-Candidates will have to enter their JEE Main and JEE Advanced 2017 roll number. Once they have mentioned the requisite details, candidates will have to provide a valid email address for future communication.
Step 2- Information to be filled in IIST B.Tech Application Form 2017
Candidates have to mention their personal details, academic details contact address in IIST B.Tech application form. Once the candidates have filled the complete application form, they will have to pay the fees.
Step 3- Payment of Application fees- Candidates will be required to first download and take a print out of the bank challan of Union Bank or State Bank of India and pay the fees on the next working day. After the payment of fees, they would be required to upload scanned copy of the bank challan, duly signed by the bank authorities and mention the bank details, which include the transaction number, password. Candidates can make the payment of application fees either through demand draft or bank challan (Union Bank or State Bank of India)

Instead of thinking what will happen in JOSAA that too after JEE Adv, think what will happen if you dont even qualify JEE Main. (LOL)
On a serious note, JOSAA is a very simple counselling procedure, where after registration you need to set your preference according to your rank and are allotted seat accordingly in subsequent rounds of counselling.

Hello student ,
Calculators will not be allowed for JEE Main and advanced . The authorities have prohibited the use of calculators or any other electronic devices i n the exam centre .

No it is not necessary to be in top 2.5 Lakh rank holders but yes the cut-off percentile are decided in the way so that only around 2.5 Lakhs to 2.7 Lakhs candidates get eligible to sit for JEE-Advance. See the qualifying cut-off percentiles which needs to be cleared by any candidate to sit in JEE-Advance is released along with the final result of JEE-Main and for JEE-Main 2021 the final result will be released after all four attempts will be completed and the final result will be on the basis of your best score amongst different attempts. However basis on previous year's cut-off trends we can help you with the expected qualifying cut-offs for this year :-
- Common Rank List (CRL) - 90- 95 Percentile
- GEN-EWS - 70- 75 Percentile
- Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) - 70- 75 Percentile
