IISER 2017 application available now!
Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISER) has released their application form May 24, 2017 onwards for engineering aspirants applying through Kishore Vaigyanik Protasahan Yojana (KVPY) and from May 26, 2017 onwards for candidates applying through SCB channel in online mode, however, application form for aspirants applying through JEE Advanced will be released on June 19, 2017. The last date to submit the application form along with application fee for candidates applying through KVPY is June 12, 2017. IISER admissions 2017 will be conducted in three channels – first for candidates applying through SCB by an aptitude test scheduled to be conducted on June 25, 2017, second for candidates applying through KVPY and third for candidates applying through JEE Advanced 2017. Candidates applying for IISER admission through second and third channel will get admission through counselling scheduled to be conducted on prescribed dates.
How to fill the application form of IISER 2017?
Click on login if already registered, otherwise register yourself with a valid email Id.
To register, sign up using a valid email ID and select a password between 8 to 16 characters,with at least a capital letter, a number and a special character.
Enter your name wherever required. Make sure you enter your name as printed in your Class XII mark-sheet. Any sort of discrepancy may disqualify your application.
After successful verification of your email ID, you would be able to login using your email ID and password to fill the application form of IISER admission 2017.
In each step of application form, you will have to furnish data to validate your candidature. If you get an offer of admission, some of those data would be verified against appropriate documents.
Fill all your personal, academic and other details as required.
If applying through SCB channel then enter your subject-wise marks (name of the subject, marks obtained out of maximum marks). In case your board takes into account XI and XII performance for the calculation of percentage, then add the total marks (addition of XI and XII entries) for that subject.
The last step in the application form is the payment of application fees. After making the payment through net banking/ debit card/ credit card, check the status of the form, if it says “Complete” and application fees column says “Paid" download a copy of the application form.
In case you want to make any changes in the application form, login and change your data except name and email address. Take a print out of the latest version of the application form.

There is no news regarding Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research Aptitude Test 2021 yet. Indian Institute of Science Education and Research will release the IISER 2021 application form at iiseradmission.in. As IISER 2021 admission is done on the basis of three channels- SCB, KVPY and JEE Advanced; different application forms will be released for each channel. IISER application form 2021 for the SCB Channel will be released tentatively in the fourth week of March. IISER 2021 Aptitude Test will be conducted as a computer-based test. The test is of 3 hours with 60 multiple choice questions spread over the 4 sections of the test- Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology.

As you have not mentioned the name of the entrance exam I am assuming it an IISER aptitude test as you tagged it, also with that ill provide some other entrance exam dates too.
The IISER application process 2021 will start at different dates for the three channels of admission- SCB, KVPY, and JEE Advanced. That is for the SCB channel it is expected to start from the fourth week of March 2021, for the KVPY channel it is expected to start from the first week of April 2021, for the JEE Advanced channel they didn't notify yet.

After qualifying KVPY examination, candidates need to go through a common application process for admission into IISER. No admission offer is made as such for IISERs. Candidates need to apply though application process for admission into the respective course in any of the IISERs.

Seeing that you are medicine aspirant from your profile the eligibility criteria for NEET 2021 is that the candidate should be of 17 years of age on December 31 2021, i.e. the candidate should not have been born before 31st December 2004. There is no upper age limit and you can take part in the exam if you have studied Biology stream.
