I am unable to download my JEE Main admit card. What can I do?

National Testing Agency (NTA) will release JEE Main 2020 admit card on March 20. Candidates can check the availability of JEE Main admit card 2020 on the official website “jeemain.nta.nic.in.” Candidates will need to provide their login credentials namely - application number, password and date of birth for downloading the admit card. It is compulsory to bring admit card on the day of JEE Main exam 2020 without which no candidate will be allowed to sit for the exam. JEE Main 2020 is scheduled to be held on April 5,7,8,9 and 11.

There can be various cases because of which candidates cannot download their admit card. Some of the cases are mentioned below

• Network problem - Candidate can face network issues like poor connectivity from his/her side. Candidates can wait till better connectivity comes or can contact his/her internet service provider.

• Incorrect credentials - One can also face problems in downloading their JEE Main 2020 hall ticket if they provide wrong credentials. In this case, for instance, if candidate forgets his/her password, then he/she must click the link called “forgot password”. As the candidate clicks this link he/she will get directed to the page that will guide them to retain the forgotten password.

• Server down - Under this situation, candidates will not be able to download the admit card due to issues from the official server. This problem arises when the given link is not working or the server is down..

How to Download the Admit Card

Candidates can download the JEE Main admit card 2020 by either of the two methods - one is by entering application number and date of birth and the other one is by providing JEE Main application number and password. One should follow the steps given below to download the JEE Main 2020 admit card.

• Firstly, one has to visit the official site “jeemain.nta.nic.in”.

• Secondly he/she has to click the link “JEE Main admit card download”

• Then provide the credentials as per the method chosen.

• Enter the security pin.

• Finally the admit card will appear on the screen, download it and take a printout of it.
