The Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka has announced that the counselling for the second extended round will commence from August 2, 2017. In the released notification, the authorities have declared their plan for a revised process for the conduction of the second extended round of counselling. The candidates will now have to submit their consent form for participation on August 2, 2017 (10 AM to 2 PM). The previous option entry for the second extended round of COMEDK UGET 2017 counselling held on July 29, 2017 from 9 AM to 4 PM will be null and void. The COMEDK UGET authorities have revised the schedule for the second extended round of counselling due to innumerable representations and appeals.

Under the orders of the Honorable Admission Overseeing Committee, COMEDK UGET 2017 will also include those candidates who opted for upgradation in the second round for the extended round. The candidates who are now eligible for the second extended round of COMEDK UGET 2017 counselling are as follows:
Those candidates who were under upgrade option during the second round of counselling. Options to reorder, delete or add a new option, not exceeding the number of options entered above the seat allotted to them will be available to them.
Candidates who have not been allotted any seats in Round 2 of counselling. There will be no limit for entering options for these candidates. Allotted candidates will have to pay full tuition fees.
Steps to Fill Consent Form for COMEDK UGET 2017 Counselling Second Extended Round
All candidates will be required to submit their consent to participate in the second extended round. Failure to submit the form will make them ineligible for the counselling round.

The form will be available which the candidates will have to fill and submit.
The candidates will be able to fill their options on August 4, 2017 from 9 AM to 1 PM. The result of the seat allotment will be announced on August 5, 2017. All allotted candidates will be required to report to their allotted institute on or before August 7, 2017. Document verification and fee payment will have to be done by the selected candidates. All admissions into this round will be done for those general merit seats which were released on July 28, 2017.
