CEPT University has announced the admission to undergraduate and postgraduate architecture programmes for 2018 session. Candidates are seeking admission to B.Arch and M.Arch programmes can fill the application form in online mode till April 25. While filling the application form, candidates will have to pay Rs 3500 as the application fees. Based on the NATA 2018 score and class 12 marks candidate will be offer admission into the UG programmes.

Who can apply?
To apply for the programmes, candidates must fulfill mentioned below eligibility criteria as prescribed by the University:
Name of the programme
Candidates must pass 10+2 with maths as compulsory subject & 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/SEBC)
Candidates must clear 10+3 with diploma & maths as compulsory subject with 50% marks
Candidates must passed B.Arch with 55% marks (50% for reserved category)
Selection Process for CEPT B.Arch 2018 Admission
Total seat intake in CEPT B.Arch programme is 80. Mentioned below is the admission process prescribed by the CPET University that will be followed to offer admission in B.Arch programmes:
Stage 1: Scrutiny for eligibility
Eligibility of all the candidates will be checked based on the information provided in the application form and the documents/proofs.
Candidates who will receive grades as GPA/CGPA needs to send the document/proof showing the relationship of GPA/CGPA with percentage marks according to their school/board along with the 12th Std. mark sheet as a single pdf file.
Stage 2: Preparation of merit list
For the candidates who are eligible for admission, sum of 50 percentage weightage of the aggregate marks of all subjects of the qualifying examination (10+2), and the 50 percentage weightage of the valid score obtained in NATA 2018 will be the merit marks.
Selection Process for CEPT M.Arch 2018 Admission
Mentioned below is the selection procedure for M.Arch 2018 admission:
Candidates need to submit documents and a portfolio given below:
Qualifying degree certificate (in case not received final one, provisional one need to be submitted)
Work certificate (if applicable)
Two Recommendations(with contact details of recommenders)
Statement of purpose
Applicant will be required to submit a portfolio of their work or student assignments. The portfolio should be of A4 size – landscape, with minimum 6 pages and maximum 12 pages.
Step 1- Screening will be done where 15% weightage will be given to bachelor marks, 15% to the recommendations and 70% to your portfolio and statement of purpose (SOP).
Step 2- Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview for the final decision on the admissions. Marks obtained in step I will not be carried forward in step II.
