JEE Main 2016 Official Answer Key has been released by the exam conducting authority, CBSE on April 18, 2016. The official answer key of JEE Main 2016 is released for all sets of offline (E, F, G and H) and online test. JEE Main 2016 Offline or Pen & Paper based Test was conducted on April 3 and Online or Computer Based Test was conducted on April 9 and April 10, 2016. CBSE has also displayed the images of response sheets (OMR sheets) along with the Answer Key of JEE Main 2016.


Latest- JEE Main 2016: CBSE admits multiple correct answer options in 2 questions


Set wise answer key of JEE Main 2016 will be available till April 22, 2016. Candidates, who are not satisfied with the captured response, can challenge JEE Main 2016 Official Answer Key till April 22 upto 5 pm. To challenge JEE Main 2016 official answer key, the candidates have to fill an online application form and pay the specified fee before the last date i.e. April 22.


JEE Main 2016 Official Answer Key can be downloaded by logging in below. The procedure to challenge the same can also be checked here.


CBSE has also displayed images of OMR response sheets for offline and online papers along with the official answer key of JEE Main 2016, which will be available till April 22, 2016. Candidates must cross check their answers with Set Code in which they have taken JEE Main 2016.


In the released JEE Main 2016 Answer Key, CBSE has admitted 2 questions from Physics section with multiple answer options. Earlier, JEE Main 2016 Answer Keys published by leading coaching institutes clearly depicted that there were questions in every set with multiple correct answers. 


If a candidate is not satisfied with the captured response, he/she may challenge it till April 22, 2016 (5:00 pm). An online application form needs to be filled by candidates for challenging the same. Fee for challenging the answer key is Rs. 1000 per question and can be paid online only.


Important: The decision of JAB/CBSE on the challenges will be final and no further communication will be entertained.

Final Result of JEE Main 2016 is scheduled to be declared on April 27, 2016. All India Ranks of JEE Main 2016 will be calculated on the basis of composite score of JEE Main and normalized score of class 12th marks in the ratio of 60:40. AIR will be declared by CBSE on or before June 30, 2016.

Dear Aspirant,

Candidate should have PCM in 12 th ,if they want to take admission in architecture through Jee then they must secure 50% marks in Physical, chemistry and maths and 50% marks in their board examination.These guidelines are updated In 2018.

If you want to get admitted in Any Nit you must qualify the Jee mains and you have to score 75%marks in your 12 th for general category to eligible for that.

Your rank must be within 12k to get a reputed nit and a core branch in that nit .The top nits are NIT TRICHY,NIT WARANGAL,NIT SURATHKAL etc.
