Cabinet Secretariat announces recruitment through GATE 2017
Cabinet Secretariat has announced recruitment of Senior Research Officers and Senior Field Officers on the basis of valid GATE score card. Candidates willing to be considered for these posts must have registered themselves for appearing in GATE 2017 (conducted on February 4, 5, 11 & 12). Eligible candidates (only Indian nationals) having a minimum of 50% marks in GATE in one of the following subject papers with a valid GATE score card will be eligible to apply for the below mentioned posts-

Selection Process:
Candidates will be recruited to these posts on the basis of their valid GATE marks out of 100 and personal interview carrying 25 marks respectively. Minimum qualifying marks of 40% in personal interview is required.
How to apply for Cabinet Secretariat Recruitment through GATE 2017?
All interested candidates will have to appear in GATE 2017.
Candidates have to download the application form for Cabinet Secretariat Recruitment and fill it up with all relevant details.
They will have to affix their recent passport size photo and put their signature.
Candidates have to enter the registration number mentioned in GATE 2017 Admit Card to complete their application form.

Can I give gate after completing my bachelors of Science in Information Technology (3 years)

Hope you are doing great. A candidate who is enrolled in any undergraduate degree program's third or later year. Candidates who have already finished any degree programme in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Science, Commerce, or the Arts that has been approved by the government are eligible to sit for the GATE 2022 exam.

Yes, you can definately take unacademy or byjus for your GATE 2024 preparation because these are the best platforms for preparation of the GATE.
But at Byjus and unacademy you have to pay for the Preparation kit but that is worth for that preparation.

I had passed out B.Tech in 2022 April with one active backlog. Am I allowed to write the GATE 2023?

To be eligible to give GATE candidates must have passed graduation in engineering/technology or Master’s degree in any relevant science subject or Candidates in the pre-final or final year of their qualifying degree are also eligible to appear for GATE 2023. You have a backlog so you will not be eligible to give GATE until you clear that backlog. IIT Kanpur have released the GATE 2023 eligibility criteria in the official brochure. if i pursue btech in food technology will i be eligible to give gate in cse??
Eligibility criteria for writing gate exam is Candidates should have successfully completed your 4 year BE orbitech program or are currently pursuing your final year in the degree then you are eligible for GATE exam. There is no restriction for food technology students for participating in the GATE exam.
If you are pursuing your b.tech infotechnology after completing that you can definitely write GATE exam for CSE. B. Tech in Food Technology holder can give GATE exam in Life Science subject. 'GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. ' If you have Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or Architecture/Design or its equivalent or masters degree in science department then are eligible for GATE exam. GATE exam is for testing your technical skills. It doesn't matter which course you did your undergraduate program. If you are eligible as per the eligibility criteria mention about then you can write GATE examination.
