i have been offered a seat in DTU in round 5. would i be able to withdraw and claim refund of fee if there is no further upgradation to the branch offered. pls reply urgently as the last day to pay fee is today 27/11.
According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know about the refund policy of dtu if you withdraw your seat after round 5.
According to my knowledge, i dont think that you will be refunded full amount if you withdraw after round 5 or it is also possible it will not be refunded.
Can I get admission in DTU/NSUT (any branch), in the SPOT ROUND with a rank of 18846,being an outside Delhi student, general candidate, male without any other type of reservation
According to the rank and category you have mentioned in the question you have no chances of getting in to either of the institutions as per previous year's cut-off. As cut-offs for this year is not declared yet so we can guide you on the basis of previous year's cut-offs which are given below :-
Closing rank for DTU in 2019 was 11,157 for PCT and for NSUT it was 11,195 for BT for Outside Delhi candidates.
For complete details about previous year's cut-offs refer the link given below :-
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
However I would recommend you to use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict the chances of your admission in different colleges based upon your percentile and category :-
I hope this information helps you.
