Sir, my Rank is 462 in SRMJEEE(PG) is there a chance of getting Genetic engg or Biotechnology branch ?

Akshita Dhiman 7th Jul, 2021

Hi there,

It is highly unlikely to predict the chances of getting a branch as of now, There is no official data for previous year cutoffs available.

Also, cutoff trends vary every year, depending on the total candidates, seat availability, the difficulty level of the exam and so on. The university also allows admission to candidates based on the GATE and TANCET scores, so these factors also have to be considered.

Be rest assured you have scored well.
