Maharashtra M.Tech Admission Application Details

  • Candidates must register first giving their name, address and a password.

  • After successful registration, candidates receive an application ID which has to be used for logging in.

  • Candidates must log in and complete their application form.

  • They must also pay the fees and print payment receipt.

  • They must print two copies and carry one copy to ARC to complete their document verification along with the original certificates and the payment receipt.

  • After completion of the document verification, the officer at the ARC attests the same.

Maharashtra M.Tech Admission Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates should be Indian nationals.

  • They must have passed a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the relevant field of Engineering/Technology from an AICTE/MHRD approved institution, as specified by the concerned university.

  • They must have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% marks in case of candidates of backward class categories and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) in their qualifying exam.

  • Final year students are eligible and provided with provisional admission. They need to provide proof of passing by the specified date.

  • Candidates must have obtained a positive GATE score (non-zero).

Maharashtra M.Tech Admission Counselling Details

  • After completion of the application formalities at the ARC, candidates have to log in for their option entry using their application ID and password.

  • They must fill their preference of course and college. They must also save their options and submit the same.

  • Seat allotment is on the basis of options entered, merit number of the candidates and seat availability.

  • Candidates must log in, check their seat allotment and download the same.

  • They must report as specified and confirm their seats.
