About COMEDK UGET 2024

COMEDK UGET 2024 - COMEDK will release the seat allotment for COMEDK UGET counselling round 3 on September 9. The authority will activate the link to check the COMEDK seat allotment round 3 on the website, comedk.org. Candidates could edit their preferences in COMEDK choice filling from September 4 to 6. Moreover, applicants could cancel their seats allotted in COMEDK UGET counselling rounds 1 & 2 from September 1 to 3. Candidates who qualified for the COMEDK UGET exam 2024 can participate in the counselling process.

The authority released the COMEDK UGET 2024 seat allotment results for rounds 1 and 2 online. Moreover, the authority has released the COMEDK 2024 cutoff on the official website. COMEDK UGET 2024 seat allotment for the mock round was released on July 9, 2024. The authority concluded the COMEDK UGET 2024 choice-filling round 1 on July 7. The registration process for COMEDK UGET 2024 concluded on June 17, 2024. The COMEDK UGET 2024 counselling registration was held from May 24 to June 17, 2024. COMEDK UGET 2024

COMEDK UGET is a national-level entrance exam held annually. The exam is conducted by the Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka, commonly known as COMEDK. Through this exam, candidates can apply for B.Tech admission at approximately 170 participating institutes.

Registered candidates can download the admit card of COMEDK UGET 2024 from login. Important details such as exam date, time, allotted exam centre and exam day guidelines will be made available through COMEDK admit card 2024.

Students who make it to the merit list of COMEDK UGET 2024 will be offered admission at various participating institutes of the UGET exam. The engineering entrance examination is conducted in online mode across the state.

COMEDK UGET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka has released the COMEDK UGET 2024 eligibility criteria on the official website. The eligibility criteria of COMEDK UGET has been released by the authorities along with a detailed official notification. COMEDK UGET exam eligibility criteria includes all the major details regarding the eligibility of a candidate in terms of minimum education qualifications, age limits, etc.

Candidates should note that their admission to the institutes is subject to their compliance with the eligibility criteria of COMEDK UGET 2024. Hence they should check the eligibility criteria in advance to be prepared with all necessary documents.

COMEDK UGET 2024 Eligibility criteria

Candidates of Indian nationality
The candidates should have passed with class 12th/ second PUC with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% in respect of SC, ST and OBC candidates of Karnataka State) in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics along with Chemistry/BioTechnology/Biology/Computer Science/Electronics as one of the optional subjects.
Candidates with a Diploma are not eligible for COMEDK.

COMEDK UGET 2024 Counselling

The authority concluded the choice editing for COMEDK UGET 2024 round 3 from September 4 to 6, 2024. The authority will announce the COMEDK UGET 2024 seat allotment for round 3 on September 9. Candidates allotted seats have to submit the decision / pay fee and report to the allotted institutes with the mentioned dates. Candidates can check the seat allotment of COMEDK UGET 2024 on the official website comedk.org. The COMEDK UGET seat allotment for rounds 1 and 2 has been published online. The seat allotment for the COMEDK UGET 2024 mock round was released on July 9, 2024. The authority concluded the COMEDK UGET 2024 choice filling for round 1 on July 7, 2024. The COMEDK UGET counselling registration process concluded on June 17.

Candidates will be allotted colleges based on their COMEDK UGET scores 2024. A detailed list of documents required for the COMEDK 2024 counselling has been notified.

Steps of COMEDK Counselling 2024

Step 1: Registration and document uploading

Candidates first need to register by providing the necessary details and they also have to pay a part of the tuition fee of Rs. 2000 by using a net banking debit/credit card. Then, the candidates must upload the required documents as per the prescribed format in the COMEDK counselling form.

Step 2: Document verification

The status of document verification will be updated in the application form. Log in to the website to check the document verification status. Candidates whose document verification status is incomplete/rejected will not be able to participate in further processes. In case of incorrect documents uploaded, your candidature may be rejected at any stage of the counselling/admission process.

Step 3: Choice Filling

Candidates should choose a college and course as per their preference within the given time limit.

Step 4: Mock allotment

The mock allotment was released after the completion of the choice-filling process. Candidates have to log in to the website to check their COMEDK UGET mock allotment results. They can select any one of the choice locking options which includes Accept & Freeze; Accept & Upgrade; Reject & Upgrade and Reject & Withdraw their allotted seats.

Step 5: Actual seat allotment

COMEDK UGET 2024 seat allotment is based on the candidate's performance in the entrance test, preference of seats, and the availability of seats.

Step 6: Acceptance of seat and fee payment

Candidates who accepted the seats will be required to pay the Rs.50000 tuition fee in online mode. The remaining part of the tuition fee will be paid by the candidates at the college level as per the information furnished by the allotted college.

Step 7: Reporting to the allotted college

After the seat acceptance, candidates will have to report to the allotted college/Institution for seat confirmation and payment of the remaining tuition fee.
