CG PET Exam Result 2023 - Tie-breaking rule
In the case of two or more candidates have the same marks in CG PET 2023, inter-se-merit will be followed. Mentioned below is the inter-se-merit rule that will be followed:
Candidates having higher scores in mathematics will be given a better merit rank above all. If a tie still exists,
Physics scores will be considered. If a tie still exists,
Candidates older in age will be given priority. If the candidates' age is also the same, their scores from class XII will be considered.
The minimum marks or ranks required to get admission into the participating institutes are known as CG PET 2023 cutoff. While determining the cutoff of CG PET 2023, authorities will consider factors like the number of candidates, difficulty level of the qualifying exam, previous year's cutoff trends etc. Authorities will release the cutoff for the state and other state candidates separately. The one whose rank will be less than CG PET 2023 cutoff will have fewer chances of admissions.

Regards.
My cgpet rank is 3738 in gen category can I get cse branch in bit durg.
Dear aspirant,
As far as your rank is concerned in general category you have fair chances to get computer science branch at bit durg. The computer science branch cut off as per the previous year trends (according to jee mains ) starts from 70k and goes uptill 5-6L.
However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
