SBTET released the AP Polycet 2024 eligibility criteria online at the official website. Candidates need to check the brochure to know the eligibility criteria of AP Polycet 2024. Eligibility Criteria of AP POLYCET 2024

• Nationality and domicile – The candidate needs to be an Indian national and a resident of Andhra Pradesh.

• Qualifying Exam – The candidate must have passed the SSC examination conducted by the State Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or an equivalent exam scoring a minimum of 35% marks in aggregate with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.

• Age limit – There is no lower or upper age limit to appear in the exam.

How to fill AP POLYCET 2024 application form- Online

• Visit the official website and fill the online application form based on detailed instructions.
• Candidates need to upload the necessary documents as per the prescribed format.
• Pay the application fee by Credit/Debit card.
• Download hall ticket: Candidates will receive the hall ticket instantly as a PDF or through email after the successful completion of the fee payment.

How to fill AP POLYCET 2024 application form- Offline

• The candidate has to first download the application form online take a printout and then proceed to fill out the hard copy of the application form. or The candidates can fill out the application form online mode itself.

• Details about a year of passing Class 10 hall ticket number, and date of birth have to be entered.

• The name of the candidate should be the same as mentioned in school certificates. When entering the name, look to it that there is a gap between parts of the name.

• Fill in your father's name.

• Fill in correspondence details.

• Mention the exam centre.

• Category details (SC, ST, etc.)

• To be considered under CAP/SP/PH/NCC, pertaining details have to be mentioned.

• Select the medium of the exam

• A photograph, duly signed by the parent (guardian), should be affixed in the designated space.

Go to the nearby helpline centre and submit the application form to the computer operator there. At the time of submitting the application form, the candidate will also be required to pay the application fee of Rs. 400, either in cash or through net banking.

The computer operator feeds the details mentioned on the application form to a computer system and also upload essential documents like photograph and signature. After the process is over and the application form is successfully uploaded.

Application Fees

The authorities have released the exam pattern of AP POLYCET 2024 on the official website. The exam pattern helps aspirants to get an idea of what the entrance exam is all about and what they need to do to succeed. AP POLYCET 2024 question paper will be of 2 hours duration and include multiple-choice type. Each question will have four answer options, out of which one answer will be correct.

A total of 120 questions will be asked – Mathematics will contribute 60 questions, while Physics and Chemistry 30 each. Each question will have four answer options, out of which one will be the correct option. No marks will be deducted for the incorrect answers. Questions will be set based on the Class 10 (S.S.C.) syllabus. The exam will be conducted in offline (OMR-based) mode. Responses have to be entered by darkening the appropriate circle using a 2B pencil.

• No candidate will be allowed with incorrect data and photo on the Hall ticket to appear for the examination.

• Hall tickets is not transferable. Any tampering of the hall ticket will automatically lead to the disqualification of the Candidate.

• Hall ticket is an important document and shall be preserved carefully after the examination till admission into Polytechnics is completed.

• A log-in panel will open. Log-in using – the Tenth Exam Hall ticket number, Date of Birth and year of passing/appearing in class 10

• Click on the View and Print Hall Ticket button.

AP Polycet 2024 hall ticket- Offline Mode

Candidates can also obtain their AP Polycet hall ticket through helpline centres. The following steps can be referred to obtain the hall ticket in offline mode.

• Download the application form from the official website and take a printout.

• Fill all the required details of the application form paste the photograph and put signatures.

• Visit the nearest helpline centre and submit the filled form to the computer operator.

• The computer operator will enter all the details in the form of the online computer system and upload photographs and signatures of the candidate.

• Pay an application fee of Rs 400 either through offline or online mode.

• A print out of the application form will be taken by the computer operator and will be handed over to the candidate for checking all the details. Once the candidate verifies that all the details are correct, the operator will click on “Confirm” to finally submit the form.

• Once the application form is submitted, the hall ticket of AP Polycet 2024 will be generated and given to the candidate.

It should be noted that the AP Polycet 2024 hall ticket will be generated on the same day but it may be possible that the hall ticket will take 2 to 3 days to generate due to the increase in a rush at the centres. So, the candidates are advised to get their hall tickets early to avoid such problems.
