What is AP EAMCET?
AP EAMCET Application Details
Aspirants have to first register themselves and pay the prescribed registration fee.
While filling the online application form of AP EAMCET, the candidates must keep the following information ready:
- Hall ticket Number of Qualifying Examination
- Date of Birth
- Hall ticket Number of S.S.C. or equivalent
- PH, NCC, Sports, etc.
- Caste in case of SC/ST/BC candidates
- Income upto one lakh or up to two lakhs or more than two lakhs (rupees)
- Choice of Help Line Center is for Certificate Verification and options at the time of admission
- Study or Residence or relevant certificate for proof of local status (last 12 years)
Filled in AP EAMCET Online Application Form is generated that contains registration number along with filled in details. Applicants must take printout of this form. It is required to be submitted to the invigilator during the examination after affixing a recent color photograph duly attested by the gazetted officer or principal of the college where the applicant had studied in class 12.
Candidates appeared for AP EAMCET shall choose the AP EAMCET Help Line Centre (HLC) of their choice during online application submission process. These HLCs are for Document Verification / Certification Verification and Online Options Entry for AP EAMCET Counseling for Admissions.
AP EAMCET Eligibility Criteria
Candidates are required to be Indian Nationals or Persons of India Origin (PIO)/Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders, provided they meet the specified criteria.
Applicants are required to belong to Andhra Pradesh and should satisfy the Local or Non-Local status – as per the requirements of the Andhra Pradesh Education Institutions order, 1974.
Candidates must obtain a minimum score of 45% in 10+2 (40% for the reserved category) to meet the Eligibility Criteria of AP EAMCET.
Candidates are required to have passed Intermediate Exam or equivalent with Mathematics and Physics as main subjects along with Bio-Technology or Chemistry or Biology as the optional subjects.
Candidates should have completed 16 years of age, as on December 31 of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit.
For B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering), B.Tech. (Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (FS & T), the applicants should have completed 17 years of age as on December 31 of the year of admission and an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates. The upper age limit for SC/ST Candidates is 25 years as on December 31 of the year of Admissions.

AP EAMCET Counselling Details
AP EAMCET Counselling is held for qualifying candidates of AP EAMCET, which includes document verification, applying, choice filling and seat allocation in web based mode. The counselling procedure is done for the qualified candidates of AP EAMCET, on the basis of their Merit in AP EAMCET.
Candidates have to fill in their choices of colleges and download their allotment order by signing in through their Login ID.
The candidates get to know about their allotment either through SMS (on the mobile number registered) or through Candidate Login.
For candidate login, they need to enter details like registration number, AP EAMCET Hall Ticket Number, Rank and Date of Birth.
Candidates are required to report to the Helpline Centres (HLC) or college through Self Reporting System on the prescribed dates. In case a candidate fails to reach the HLC or the allotted college as per the time, his/ her seat will be cancelled.
