Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology (IERT), Allahabad is a government institution established in the year 1955. IERT Prayagraj offers diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate courses in several specialisations. Only eligible students can apply for admission at IERT Prayagraj. Admission to the courses will be done on the basis of the marks scored in the national-level/state-level/institute-level (JEE Main/UPCET) entrance examination. The institute is located at Chatham Line, Dharhariya, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. The Prayag Junction Railway Station is 1.1 km far from the Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology, Allahabad and the Allahabad Bus Stop is 2.9 km from IERT and it takes about 10 minutes to reach the campus. Old Airport Phaphamau is 12.9 km from the Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology, Allahabad. Students can take a shuttle, it takes just 35 minutes.
