To get admission in decent college, How many marks should i score in WBJEE??

Subhodeep Biswas 27th Jan, 2020
Hey there hope you're doing well.
Dear aspirant, the WBJEE exam is conducted for PCM subjects having 40 ,40 &75 questions and the total marks is 200. According to cutoffs and ranks the marks v/s rank trend varies year after year but still it is expected that you need to score atleast 160 to 170 or above to be placed to top ranks within 150 or within top 100. Decent colleges through WBJEE include.
1.Jadavpur University
2.IEM Kolkata
4.Techno India..
5.Kalyani govt.
6.Jalpaiguri gov.
7.Bengal Engineering and Science University  etc.
Thank you hope this helps you!

Srijika Bhattacharyya 27th Jan, 2020
If you do not answer any question in maths your marks will appear as 0. You will still get a rank and are still eligible for counselling but this will affect your chances at getting a good seat as your rank will be low due to lesser marks attained. However, you can attempt WBJEE without answering any math questions.
Hope this helps.
All the best.

wbjee syllabus . And what can i do after I give wbjee exam

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 27th Jan, 2020

wbjee is the entrance exam of west bengal government and prvate engineering colleges, pharmacy , and government agriculture colleges,

the syllabus is similar with west bengal higher secondary education 10+2 course syllabus. questions comes from pcm subjects, if you have already applied for jee main then you have an added advantage,

you may follow the below link to know in details,

To get into the B. Arch course in Jadavpur University, do I have to give WBJEE or NATA? Different sites are giving different answers, so Im confused.

Sunil Kumar singh 27th Jan, 2020

Hi dear,

You have to appear in wbjee alongside for the counselling. NATA scorecard is mandatory during the counselling for securing a seat in b.arch program in jadavpur university. So you have to appear in both exam wbjee as well as NATA.

Hope it helps.
