VITMEE Application Form 2020 - Extended Last Date till Further Notice
VITMEE Application Form 2020 - Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) has announced the last date to submit the application form. Candidates can apply till June 20, 2020. Also, candidates who have already submitted the application form of VITMEE 2020 can edit their forms till June 20 (except email id and mobile number. The authorities have stated that due to the ongoing COVID-19 scenario, the VITMEE entrance exam will not be held this year. Admissions into M.Tech programme will be held on the basis of Bachelor's degree performance. The authorities had earlier released VITMEE 2020 application form on March 4 in online mode. Eligible candidates seeking admission to any of the M.Tech programme have to submit VITMEE application form 2020 before the deadline. Candidates will have to go through various steps like registration, fee payment, entering the required details, etc. while filling the application form. Candidates have to pay a non-refundable amount of application fee online. The qualifying candidates will later be called for counselling on the basis of merit. Things to keep ready before filling VITMEE Application Form 2020
Candidates must go through the list mentioned below of things to keep ready before starting to fill the application form of VITMEE 2020.
A recent colour passport size photograph with white or very light background in the prescribed format.
Scanned image of the candidate’s signature. Candidates will have to draw a rectangular box of 6 cm (width) Ã- 2 cm on an A4 white sheet and put their signature within this box using black or blue ink pen.

Steps to Fill VITMEE Application Form 2020
Candidates applying for VITMEE 2020 have to fill following steps to fill the application form:
Step 1 - Registration
The first step is to register by entering the required details like name, email ID, date of birth, gender and mobile number. A password will be generated on the candidate’s email id or mobile number after the successful registration.
Step 2 - Enter the details
The next step is to enter the further required details by logging in using email id and password. Candidates will have to enter their personal, academic, qualifying exam and contact details. They will also have to choose exam centre. Candidates will get a unique application number after filling in all the details. They must keep the application number safely as it will be used for future reference.
Step 3 - Uploading of photograph and signature
Candidates are required to upload the scanned images of their photograph and signature as per the specifications prescribed by the authorities.
Step 4 - Fee Payment
Candidates will have to pay the application fee of Rs 1200 in online mode. The payment can be done through net banking, debit/ credit card or paytm. Candidates must note the transaction number after the successful transaction.
Step 5 - Print out of application
After successful submission of the form, candidates must take a print out of the filled application which might be useful in the future.

My gate score is 377 in EC, 2020 with a rank of 9950 and the category is GEN. I want to take do M.Tech Embedded or VLSI. Im preparing for BITS HD and VITMEE. Previous NSR cutoffs show that I have achance in few colleges. What colleges do you suggest for better placement exposure in core companies?
see your gate score is ok but you may not get chances in top ranked colleges for m.tech course in vlsi with this score. so I suggest you to also apply for other m.tech entrance exams like bits hd, vitmee, state government colleges exam also.

It took me 7 years to complete my B.Tech in CSE with 6.7 CGPA. Am i eligible to write VITMEE .If yes am i allowed to sit in placements?
According to the VITMEE Eligibility criteria, candidates must have graduated from any recognized university. They must have graduated with a full- time degree with minimum aggregate of 60%. Also, consistent record in 10th and 12th class. The ones that are appearing for their final year exam can also apply.
