TS ECET Counselling 2023 - TSCHE will announce the TS ECET seat allotment 2023 after the conclusion of exam at the official website. Candidates will be able to check the TS ECET 2023 counselling and seat allotment from tsecet.nic.in. The authorities will conclude the TS ECET 2023 counselling registration after the result declaration. Candidates shortlisted by TSCHE based on their performance in the Telangana ECET 2023 will be eligible for counselling of TS ECET 2023. Candidates will be provided the direct link to check counselling 2023 of TS ECET below. Moreover, TS ECET 2023 exam will be conducted from May 20, 2023.

The authorities will announce the counselling dates of TS ECET 2023 at tsecet.nic.in. On the basis of the result, candidates will be invited to participate in the counselling of TS ECET 2023. The followings are some important points related to counselling of TS ECET,

• Candidates need to check the date & time of the counselling process.

• He/She must verify the list of Helpline Centres released by the exam authorities before the TS ECET 2023 counselling.

• They should keep the counselling fee ready.

• Candidates need to prepare the documents to be provided during Certificate verification.

• In order to fill the seats vacant after the final seat allotment process, the authorities will conduct a spot round of counselling.

TS ECET 2023 Counselling Procedure

The web-based counselling of TS ECET 2023 involves several steps. Candidates can go through the steps below to know the TS ECET counselling process 2023.

1st Step: TS ECET Counselling Fee Payment- First, candidates will have to first pay the TS ECET 2023 counselling fee. For this, they have to follow the steps below-

• Go to the official website of TS EAMET 2023

• Click on “Pay Processing Fee”.

• For login, enter Hall Ticket Number, Registration Form No (as printed on TS ECET 2023 Hall Ticket), Date of Birth and Captcha Image value as shown on the display.

• Now, enter the necessary details like caste certificate, application number, mobile number, email Id & Aadhaar card number.

• Click on the “Submit” button.

• Check hall ticket number & rank and read guidelines for fee payment.

• Click on the “Pay Processing Fee” button.

• Select the payment mode (Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card) and make the payment.

2nd Step: Slot Booking for Certificate Verification- After the successful TS ECET 2023 counselling fee payment, candidates will have to book a slot for certificate verification at the helpline centres. They will have to follow the steps given below for slot booking.

• Open the official website.

• Click on the “Slot Booking” button.

• Login by using Hall Ticket Number, Registration Form No, Date of Birth and Captcha Image value as shown on the screen.

• Click on the “Show available slots” button.

• Choose the nearest helpline centre from the drop-down list.

• Dates available for TS ECET 2023 slot booking will be shown in “Green” colour.

• Select a suitable date and the time for the certificate verification.

• Check the Helpline centre details, slot booking date & time.

• Click on “Yes”, he/she will receive a confirmation SMS on registered mobile number regarding slot booking.

• Candidates need to take a print out of the same.

3rd Step: Certificate Verification-

• After booking the slot, candidates will have to report the selected helpline centre on the booked date & time.

• Candidates will have to take all the necessary documents along with them for document verification process.

• They will have to reach ten minutes before the time slot for certificate verification and show the SMS of details to the exam authorities at the helpline centre.

4th Step: Registration-

• After certificate verification, candidates will have to register for option entry process. For this, they need to click on the “Candidate Registration” button and fill the details such as hall ticket number, registration number, rank & date of birth.

• They also have to create a password for their “Candidate login” account.

5th Step: Log in and Option Entry-

• Once the candidates have created their log in account, they will have to log in to the official web portal.

• After that, they have to click on the “Option Entry” button and enter their choices of colleges/institutes and courses.

• Once the candidate completes his/her option entry, they should freeze the choices before the last date.

6th Step: Seat Allotment-

• The exam authorities will release the seat allotment result based on the candidate’s rank, seat availability and option entry.

• He/She will be able to check their seat allotment results on the official web portal by logging in to the candidate account.

• They will have to download their seat allotment letter in the PDF file and take a print out of the same.

In order to fill the seats vacant after the counselling process, the exam authorities will be conducting a TS ECET spot round 2023. Candidates who will not be able to appear for TS ECET 2023 will also able to appear in this spot round after counselling fee payment. For this round, they will have to report the centres for the counselling process.
