Tripura JEE (TJEE) Application Form 2017 has been released by Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination (TBJEE) in both online and offline mode on January 2, 2017. The last date to submit the application form of Tripura JEE 2017 was January 31, 2017. All of those applicants who wish to pursue their education in the engineering institutes of Tripura had to fill and submit the TJEE application form to register themselves. Payment of Rs. 100 has to be done to access the application form in both offline and online mode. The applicants filling the Tripura JEE (TJEE) application form 2017 was required to give their personal and academic particulars in the space provided to complete the application form process. All information provided had to be valid. Incorrect application forms was rejected. The process of Tripura JEE 2017 application form includes form filling, payment of the application fee and more. For the academic year of 2016, there was 5 collection centre of Tripura JEEE Application Form & Prospectus 2017. From the academic year of 2017-18, the total number of collection centre of TJEE 2017 Application Form & Prospectus has increased from 5 to 6, whereby, Dhalai District Polytechnic, Ambassa has been added as a new collective centre of the application form.

Stage 1: Obtaining the Tripura JEE Application Form 2017
The applicants will have to access the application form of Tripura JEE 2017 in either online or offline mode. The methods of obtaining the Tripura JEE Application Form 2017 are given below.
Method 1: In Person
Applicants will be required to purchase Tripura JEE 2017 Application Form along and Prospectus from the exam officials (from below mentioned address) on all working days (11 am to 5 pm).
They will be required to pay Rs. 100 (cash) as the cost of the prospectus of Tripura JEE 2017.

Method 2: Collect application form from centres
Candidates can purchase Tripura JEE (TJEE) Application Form 2017 along with the prospectus on all working days from the below-mentioned collection centres of the application form of Tripura JEE 2017.
They are required to pay Rs. 100 (cash) to purchase the prospectus attached with the application form. From the academic year 2017-18, the number of collection centre has increased from 5 to 6. One collection centre of TJEE 2017 application form has been added which is Dhalai District Polytechnic, Ambassa.

Method 3: By Post
Candidates can request for TJEE application form 2017 & prospectus from the exam conducting body through post.
For this, they need to send a postal order in favour of “Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination”, payable at “Agartala Head Post Office”.
It must be sent with a self-addressed envelope (30cm by 13cm) along with postage stamp of Rs. 5 affixed over it.
Method 4: Download Tripura JEE (TJEE) Application Form 2017
Applicants can also obtain the application form by downloading it. For so doing, they will also have to download the prospectus & electronic challan (e-challan) online.
The candidates will be required to pay through e-challan Rs. 100 or while submitting the application form.

Stage 2: Filling the Application Form
After accessing the application form, the applicants will have to fill the application form with all of the required information. If any relevant field of information is missing, then the application form will not be accepted. All of the information provided has to be correct and valid as per the documents which will be submitted for verification.
Personal Details: The name of the applicant, father's name, gender, date of birth, category, contact number, nationality, mother's name and more will have to be provided.
Contact Details: The present address and the permanent address of the applicant will have to be submitted by the applicants.
Academic Information: Details of the applicants' educational qualifications will have to be filled up in the application form.
A recent coloured passport size photograph has to be pasted in the application form.
After signing the declaration, the applicants will have to submit the application form.
Stage 3: Payment of Examination Fees
Before submitting the application fees, the applicants will have to pay the required examination fees. Payment can be done in both online and offline mode. Net banking or credit card/debit card can be used for paying the application fees. A challan along with the fees has to be deposited at any branch of State Bank of India for offline payment. The receipt has to be submitted along with the application fees.

How to pay Tripura JEE 2017 Examination Fee?
Click on "Payment of Exam Fee" on left side of menu
Now, "State Bank Collect" tab will open which will reflect Check box.
Applicants must click on the check box and further click on "Proceed" tab.
Now, select State "Tripura" and type as "Educational Institution".
Click on "Submit" tab and then "Category" tab.
The applicants will now provide the payment details and click on "Submit" tab.
They need to verify the transaction and click on "Confirm" tab.
The candidates will be required to select from Net Banking/Card Payment/Other Payment modes.
Other Payment Mode option will require the applicants to save the e-challan of SBI and submit it to the nearby branch.
At the SBI Branch, the candidate will be required to carry the depositor's copy along with the application form. They must keep a xerox of the depositor copy of the bank challan for future references.

Stage 4: Submission of Tripura JEE Application Form 2017
Finally, the applicants will have to submit the filled application form by hand. Along with the filled application form, the examination fee receipt and other documents will also have to be submitted to the office of Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination, Old Secretariat Complex, Finance Building, Agartala. The final date for submission is January 31, 2017.

Proof of Age - Admit card of class X or equivalent/School Leaving Certificate/Birth Certificate
Admit card/Enrolment Certificate of class XII or equivalent examination/Certificate from the concerned institution as a proof of appearing in 12th or equivalent examination
Mark sheets of class X and XII or equivalent examination (if already passed)
PRTC from the appropriate authority of the applicant or his/her parents
Certificate of caste (SC/ST) from the competent authority
Physically Handicapped (PH) certificate issued by the competent authority (2 photocopies)
Certificate regarding the period of stay of Candidate / Father / Mother for not less than five years in case of wards of Ex-Serviceman/Serving Defence Personnel, issued by the competent authority. (2 photocopies.)
Certificate showing the proof of Ex-Serviceman/Serving Defence Personnel, issued by the appropriate (2 photocopies)
Copy of seat surrendered certificate (if applicable)
Three Passport size photographs of the applicant to be affixed and signed on these in appropriate spaces of the application form
Self-addressed envelope (30cm by 13cm) with postal stamp of Rs. 5 affixed on it
Copy of e-Challan (Board's part) with Banker's stamp
Copy of BPL card/Ad hoc BPL certificate from the appropriate authority (if applicable)
Offline Correction of Tripura JEE (TJEE) Application Form 2017
The Tripura Joint Entrance Examination (TJEE) has published the list of applicants whose submitted application form are found incomplete/incorrect in some respects. The listed applicants must not his/her serial number and objection number in the list and bring it to the board during the objection clearance. The clearance of objection of these applicants will be made following the given table:
