Print duly filled application form and the summary generated. Send the same along with the transaction receipt, if paid online, OR Demand Draft/Pay Order to TMI.
Please write the form no. and contact details on the reverse of the draft.
ORObtain the application forms from the TMI Induri and select Axis Bank branches
Application form will be available by paying Cash / Demand Draft/ Pay Order of Rs. 300 drawn in favour of "Tolani Maritime Institute" payable at Pune.
Duly filled application form have to be sent to TMI along with a Demand Draft / Pay Order for Rs. 1000 towards the non-refundable application and online test fees.
The draft should be drawn in favour of "Tolani Maritime Institute", payable at Pune. Please write the form no. and contact details on the reverse of the draft.
TMISAT 2013 Documents to be sent along with application form:
Printed copy of the application form and the summary generated after an application is made through this website OR the filled offline form.
Two identical recent passport size photographs with name & form no. written at the back.
Copies of certificates and / or mark sheets of the10th and 12th examinations (or its equivalent) attested by Govt. gazetted officers.
Applicants who have not received 12th marksheet may submit a bonafide certificate from the head of the school or college where they appeared for these exams
Attested Copy of Birth Certificate (for proof of age and place of Birth).
Downloaded copies of class XII marksheet (on receipt) from internet attested by school Principal
Copies of certificates for sports and any other extra curricular activities, if available (from Std. VIII and above only).
Online transaction receipt, if paid online, OR Demand Draft payable at Pune for Rs. 1000/- favouring Tolani Maritime Institute OR the counterfoil (marked "TMI Office Copy") received from Axis Bank.
Please write your form no. and contact details including mobile phone no. on the reverse of the Demand Draft or counterfoil.
TMISAT 2013 Do's and Don'ts for Application Form
Each applicant must submit only one application form.
The application form must be completed in full, in English.
The full Name and Date of Birth entered in the application form must be same as that which appears on your School Leaving Certificate.
Please ensure your postal address, including PIN code and telephone numbers (with STD codes) are correct and free of spelling and other errors.
Application summary must be submitted in an envelope super-scribed with the words "Application for admission to Marine Engineering" or "Application for admission to Nautical Technology" depending on which programme you are applying for.
Kindly keep a copy of the application for future reference.

TMI, a maritime college was established in 1998 in Induri, Pune and offers courses which are approved by the Directorate General of Shipping (DGS). The Marine Engineering and Nautical Science degree programmes offered by Tolani Maritime Institute are also approved by Maritime Port Authority of Singapore.
Candidates can also apply for the early process of examination till April 25, wherein candidates will be required to appear for the online TMISAT 2020 exam followed by the interview by the mid-May. Applications received after April 25 till May 31 will be shortlisted on the basis of PCM marks and IMU-CET 2020 ranks and will be called for the online test in June.
Only candidates who meet the eligibility criteria of TMISAT 2020 will be eligible to apply for the entrance exam for admissions to B.Tech Marine Engineering degree programme at Tolani Maritime Institute (TMI). Following are the criteria that are required to be met by the Candidates to be eligible to get admission into the institute.
In order to be eligible for the admission in the institute, the male candidates are required to be born on or after 1st September, 1999. There is a 2 years age relaxation for the female candidates who should be born on or after 1st September, 1997. The minimum age limit to get admission in the institute is 17 years.
The Institute doesn't differentiate amongst candidates on the basis of gender. Both genders are equally eligible.
Only unmarried candidates will be offered the admission in the institute.
The candidates should have successfully completed their Class 12th (10+2) or equivalent with atleast 60% marks in PCM and atleast 50% marks in either Class 10th or Class 12th. Candidates whose Class 12th results are awaited are also eligible to apply.
Candidates are required to meet the minimum physical fitness and medical standards if they wish to get through the admission procedure. Candidates are advised by the authority to go through the medical fitness test before applying for the admission test certain parameters such as Eyesight, Genitourinary System, Skin, Nervous System, Digestive System, Respiratory System, Cardiovascular System, Lymphatic System, Digestive System, ENT, Skeletal System, Constitution of body, and others.

let me clear your doubt. the minimum age limit for tmisat exam is 17 years and in orderto be eligible for the admission in the institute, the male candidates are required to be born on or after 1st September, 1998. There is a 2 years age relaxation for the female candidates who should be born on or after 1st September, 1996.
