TJEE 2019: Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination (TBJEE) has concluded the admission process for admission in B.Tech course for the academic session 2019-20. The counselling for TJEE B.Tech admission 2019 was conducted from July 2 to 4 at Matangini Pritilata Sabha Griha, Women’s College, Agartala in offline mode. The TBJEE offers admission in all the participating institutes on the basis of students score in TJEE 2019. All such students were needed to report at the venue as per their rank and schedule for admission. TJEE 2019 exam was held on April 24 and 25 across various test centres in offline mode and the result was declared on June 4. The final answer key of TJEE 2019 was released on May 16 while the provisional answer key was released on April 26. The application process was closed on February 10. Candidates were required to fill and submit the application form till February 10, 2019 to participate in the admissions to the undergraduate engineering degree programme offered by the participating colleges. TJEE 2019 admit card was released on March 28. The counselling will be conducted tentatively during June to July. Candidates will be given admission based on the marks obtained in the examination. Candidates can check their TJEE 2019 result by logging into the website portal by entering the roll number, session and date of birth. The result is only available for the candidates who have appeared in the examination.

TJEE Merit List 2019

The admission authority of the TBJEE has released the merit list of TJEE 2019 along with the result of TJEE 2019. Candidates can know their merit list attained in the examination from the TJEE 2019 merit list. The merit list of TJEE is prepared on the basis of marks secured by the candidate in the examination. The merit list is available for the candidates who have qualified the entrance examination.

TJEE Cutoff 2019

The admission authority will release the cutoff of TJEE 2019 for the admission of candidates to the programmes offered. The candidates are required to meet the cutoff criteria to get admission through TJEE 2019. To get admissions, candidates must secure higher marks than the cutoff marks to have maximum chances of getting admission through TJEE. TJEE Counselling & Seat Allotment 2019

The admission authority has conducted the counselling and seat allotment of TJEE 2019 on July 2, 3 and 4 in offline mode at Matangini Pritilata Sabha Griha, Women’s College, Agartala. The process was complete offline mode where the candidates had to present in person at the venue as per their ranks secured in the TJEE 2019 exam. Candidates must carry all the required documents for the document verification process, without which seat will not be allotted.

TJEE Application Form 2019

The admission authority of the TJEE has closed the application form of TJEE 2019 on February 10. To participate in the admission process, the candidates had to fill and submit the application form. The final date for submission of application form was February 10, 2019. Candidates had to provide all the valid and complete information while filling up the form, else the candidature was rejected by the admission authority. Steps to Fill TJEE 2019 Application Form

The online application form of TJEE 2019 is not available anymore. However, the candidates can check the following steps to fill the online TJEE 2019 application form for reference:

Step 1 - Registration

Firstly, the candidates will have to register using their valid unique email ID and mobile number. The candidates will be able to log in after they are registered. A User reference ID will be provided to the candidates.

Step 2 - Edit Profile

After logging in, the candidates will have to fill out the required details. Scanned copies of the candidate's photograph, signature, BPL certificate/Ration card (if applicable) and caste certificate (if applicable).

Step 3 - Fill Application Form
Following the profile updation, the candidates will have to fill their qualification and residency details. Previous application details (if applicable), as well as other information such as group choice, venue choice and more, also have to be submitted.

Step 4 - Finalise Application
Before payment of the fee, the candidates will have to finalize their application by previewing and correcting the application form if needed. After finalizing, the candidates will not be able to make any more changes to the application form.

Step 5 - Payment of Fee
Next, the candidates will have to pay the required fee using credit card/debit card/net banking. No other mode of payment will be accepted.

Step 6 - Print Acknowledgement

Finally, the candidates will be able to print the application acknowledgment after the payment of fee is done. A payment receipt will also be provided to the candidates which they can print and save for future use.

TJEE Eligibility Criteria 2019

Candidates who wish to take admission must meet the eligibility criteria of TJEE 2019 to apply for the examination. Candidates will be required to fulfil certain parameters after which they will be liable to get admissions through TJEE. Candidates must check the TJEE 2019 eligibility criteria before applying for the examination.

TJEE 2019 Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must be Indian National and permanent resident of Tripura State. The candidate must be either a permanent resident or their parents must be residing in the state for the past 10 years.

  • Candidates must have passed Class 12th or equivalent examination.

  • Candidates who are children of State and Central government employees are eligible.

  • Candidates who are the children of All India Services Officers born in Manipur-Tripura Cadre and candidates who are children of Employees of the State Government posted outside Tripura are also eligible to apply for the examination irrespective of their stay in Tripura.

TJEE Exam Centres 2019

The candidates applying for the examination were required to choose the exam centres of TJEE 2019 where they wished to take the exam. Candidates were able to choose the TJEE 2019 exam centres as per their preferences. However, the final allocation of exam centres was done by the admission department of TJEE depending on the number of students opted for that centre. TJEE 2019 was conducted in around 6 test centres across Tripura. If the exam centre was allotted to the candidate, candidates were not able to make any further changes.

TJEE Exam Pattern 2019

The eligible candidates who wished to apply for the examination had to go through the exam pattern of TJEE 2019. TJEE Sample Papers 2019

Candidates were advised to go through the sample papers of TJEE 2019 which would help them prepare for the examination. TJEE Admit Card 2019

The admit card of TJEE 2019 was released by the admission authority on March 28. The TJEE 2019 admit card was issued to the eligible candidates only and to the candidates who had completely filled in the application form. The admission authority did not release the admit card to the candidates who had submitted the application form with incomplete details or documents or invalid information. Candidates were required to check the TJEE 2019 admit card for all the details as soon as they received it. If any information given on the admit card was not correct, candidate had to contact the admission authority immediately. Candidates were required to present the admit card of TJEE at the time of examination, without which candidates were not allowed to enter the examination hall. All the candidates were required to bring the following documents at the time of examination:

  • Copy of application form receipt

  • SL No. and Objection No. of candidate in the Objection list
