SBAIEE 2018 – Sathyabama University will conduct SBAIEE 2018 in online mode in two phases. The entrance exam for Phase I will be conducted from April 26-29,2018 at Guntur, Nellore, Rajahmundry, Velivennu, Tirupathi, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad, Kota, and Chennai and for Phase II the exam will be held on April 28-29, 2018. Application form of SBAIEE 2018 can be filled either online or offline, and is available from November 1, 2017. To apply online, candidate needs to get registered first. Upon successful registration, the candidate must fill the application form, pay the application fee and submit the completed application form. It is important that the candidate meets the prescribed eligibility criteria, as otherwise application form may be rejected. The last date to submit completed application forms for Phase I is April 6, 2018. Slot booking and download hall ticket of SBAIEE 2018 will commence from April 18, 2018. To participate in slot booking and download hall ticket, the candidate needs to log in using his/her application number. The SBAIEE hall ticket will have details about the exam venue and date. To take the exam in Phase II, meanwhile, the last date to submit application form is the same as of now and it may be extended. What's new in SBAIEE 2018?
The SBAIEE 2018 application fee is Rs 1,000 if the candidate obtains it by sending a demand draft, while for online applicants the fee is Rs. 950. Last year students had to pay a demand draft of Rs 1,100 to get the application form. Also, while last year candidates could obtain the form from the univeristy by paying Rs 1,000, this year they will have to pay Rs 950.

SBAIEE Application Form 2018
The application form of SBAIEE 2018 opened on November 1, 2017. Candidates can fill the SBAIEE application form 2018 either in online or offline mode. The process to fill the SBAIEE 2018 application form in both the modes is described below:
Offline Application (Physical Mode)
To submit physical copies of the SBAIEE 2018 application form, the candidate first needs to obtain the application form from Sathyabama University Campus by making a payment of Rs. 950. An alternate way to collect the form is through post by sending a request letter along with a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs.1000 drawn in favour of Sathyabama University, payable at Chennai. Candidates must ensure that they send the request letter on or before March 26, 2018.

Step 1: Registration
To get registered, candidates will have to enter their name (in upper case), email ID, mobile number and other details. On successful registration, a confirmation link will be sent to the registered email ID.
Step 2: Log-in to fill the form
The candidate will have to log in to the newly created account, and fill all required fields like personal details, qualifying exam details, address of correspondence, and preferred exam centre. The candidate also needs to furnish Aadhaar details to fill the form.
Step 3: Upload scanned copy of Signature, Photograph
Candidates need to upload the images in the prescribed format.

Step 4: Payment of Application Fee
In this step, the candidate needs to pay the application fee of Rs. 950.
Mode of Payment: The application fee can be paid either online (Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking) or offline (Indian Bank Challan). Candidates paying by offline mode must note that the challan can be generated only between 9 am and 9 pm.
If the fee is paid online, on successful payment an application number will be generated, which the candidate needs to note down carefully for future reference.
SBAIEE Eligibility Criteria 2018
It is the onus of the candidates to check the eligibility criteria of SBAEE 2018 before they apply for admission to engineering programmes offered by Sathyabama University. The candidate must also note that the SBAIEE eligibility criteria 2018 is different depending on whether the candidate is applying for B.E/B.Tec or B.Arch programme. So, candidates need to be careful to conform to the SBAIEE 2018 eligibility criteria of the programme they are applying to.

SBAIEE Exam Centres 2018
Sathyabama University will conduct SBAIEE 2018 in around 40 test centres across the country. Candidates are allowed to pick a convenient SBAIEE exam centre 2018 at the time of slot booking. When selecting a test center of SBAIEE 2018, the candidate has to enter the center code of the test centre. The candidate can then proceed to select a time slot. Each SBAIEE 2018 exam center will conduct three sessions a day. Also, each exam centre will have either 2 or 4 exam days.

SBAIEE Syllabus 2018
Candidates preparing for SBAIEE 2018 would do well to go through the syllabus of SBAIEE 2018 in detail so that they are familiar with the topics based on which questions will be asked. This will enable the candidate to better strategise for the entrance exam by focusing on essential topics and leaving out irrelevant ones. The SBAIEE syllabus 2018 include topics-wise syllabus of four subjects – Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology.

The exam pattern of SBAIEE 2018 will include details like the number of questions asked in the entrance exam, the number of subjects, and type of questions asked. SBAIEE Sample Papers 2018
The sample papers of SBAIEE 2018 contain similar type of questions that are asked in the entrance examination. As such, by solving the SBAIEE 2018 sample papers the candidate will be able to gauge many important facets about the exam, like the difficulty level of questions asked, the distribution of questions, and question pattern. The sample paper of SBAIEE 2018 will be available for all the subjects that are covered in the entrance exam. However, considering sample papers contain limited number of questions, meant to give the candidate a gist of the exam, the candidate must solve similar type of questions from other sources to prepare for the exam.

SBAIEE Mock Test 2018
Along with solving sample papers, another way to get into exam mode is taking SBAIEE 2018 mock tests. In fact, Sathyabama University offers mock tests classes on its website which can be taken by logging into the mock test window. The candidate simply needs to enter his/her application number or mobile number to log-in. Mock tests are very effective because it is a simulation of the real thing, complete with time limits and all other elements that the candidate will encounter in the real test.
SBAIEE 2018 Hall Ticket and Slot Booking
The slot booking of SBAIEE 2018 will commence from April 18- 22, 2018. To participate in the SBAIEE 2018 slot booking, candidates need to log-in to the Slot Booking/Download Hall Ticket window using their application number or registered mobile number.
During the slot booking process, the candidate has to enter the centre he/she wishes to appear from and then check the available time slots for that centre. Once the candidate is satisfied with a time slot, the candidate can submit that slot. After slot booking process is over, the candidate can proceed to download the hall ticket of SBAIEE 2018, an important document needed to take the exam. Before downloading the SBAIEE 2018 hall ticket, the candidate needs to ensure that the details mentioned in it are correct. SBAIEE 2018 hall ticket will display the venue and address of the exam.
The entrance exam will be conducted in 3 session/slots ((9.00 A.M. to 11.30 A.M., 12.30 P.M to 3.00 P.M. and 4.00 P.M. to 6.30 P.M) for Mathematics-opted candidates, while for Biology-opted candidates the test was held in only in the first session (9.00 A.M. to 11.30 A.M.).
SBAIEE Answer Key 2018
The answer key of SBAIEE 2018 will be updated on this page if it is released by the official authority. The SBAIEE 2018 answer key will in that case include the correct answers to the questions asked in the various subjects of the question paper. By comparing the answers given in the SBAIEE answer key 2018 with his/her own answers, the candidate will be able to calculate a probable score. The probable score in turn will help the candidate access his/her chances of getting admission or being offered a preferred seat.
SBAIEE Result 2018
The result of SBAIEE 2018 will be published on May 5, 2018. To check the SBAIEE 2018 result, candidates need to log in to the SBAIEE result window using their application number. Along with the SBAIEE result 2018, the counselling call letter of shortlisted candidates will also be available for download. Shortlisting of candidates for counselling will be done based on the marks obtained by the candidate in the entrance exam. The result of SBAIEE 2018 will include details like the name of the candidate, roll number and marks obtained in the entrance exam.
SBAIEE Cutoff 2018
The admission authority of SBAIEE will determine the cutoff of SBAIEE 2018, which is the minimum score candidates need to be eligible for admission. The SBAIEE 2018 cutoff will be decided based on multiple factors like the number of candidates taking the entrance exam, number of vacant seats in the programme to which admission is sought, and applications received for admission. Consequently, the cutoff of SBAIEE 2018 is likely to be different for different engineering programmes. The SBAIEE 2018 cutoff will be updated on this page as and when it is made available by the concerned authorities.
SBAIEE Counselling 2018
Candidates will be shortlisted for counselling of SBAIEE 2018 based on their performance in the entrance examination. Counselling call letters for shortlisted candidates will be made available at the time of declaration of SBAIEE 2018 result. To download the SBAIEE 2018 counselling call letter, the candidate will have to log in to the result portal using their application number. SBAIEE 2018 counselling will take place from May 21-26, 2018. Counselling will be conducted as per the marks obtained by the candidate in the entrance exam, with higher ranked candidates getting precedence. The SBAIEE 2018 counselling process will include steps like document verification.
SBAIEE 2018 Seat Allotment
On the day of counselling, candidates will be alloted seats based on the availibility of seats and the provisional admission order, which will be issued on that very day. Further, the All India Rank of the candidate in the entrance exam conducted by Sathyabama University will be considered for SBAIEE seat allotment 2018. It must be noted that any seat alloted at the time of counselling will not be changed under any circumstances.
