SAAT 2013: SAAT is a National level exam conducted by the Siksha O Anusandhan University to provide admission to the eligible candidates in various streams of engineering for various undergraduate and postgraduate program.
SAAT 2013 Fee Structure:
B.Tech. / Intg. M.Tech./ Dual Deg. Mgmt: Rs. 1,70,000/- Per Annum
Establishment Fee: Rs 30000 per annum
Caution money: Rs 6000 per annum
Caution Money (one time): Rs 4000
Total: Rs 36000
Transportation Fee (Optional): Rs 14000 per annum
The Hostel fees excludes the mess charge.
The mess charges will be approximately Rs 2500/- p.m (as per actual).
The hostel fees is applicable for current academic session. This will be reviewed and notified in subsequent years.
Registration fee of Rs 2000/- per trimester/semester/ annual towards examination, for all programmes has to be deposited at the time of trimester/semester/annual examination.
At the time of counselling the candidates are required to pay an initial amount of ` 30,000/- (non-refundable) in the form of a demand draft in favour of “Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University”, payable at Bhubaneswar. The draft should be drawn from any nationalised bank. The balance amount has to be paid at the time of admission at respective institutes in form a demand draft in favour of “Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University”.
Hostel and Transportation fees are to be paid in separate drafts.
The annual admission fees has to be paid by the student by 15th of July every year, failing which penalty as notified time to time be imposed.

SAAT 2020 Eligibility Criteria for BTech
Aspirants should have passed class XII/12th or equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and one of these subjects: Chemistry/Information Technology/Computer Science/Biotechnology/Informatics/Biology/Statistics or any other subject.
Aspirants must have secured 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam with the above mentioned subject combination.
Students appearing for Class 12 in the same year can also apply.
